The Relationship between Executive and Judicial Thinking Styles with Components of Organizational Health

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between executive and judicial thinking styles with components of organizational health of schools in the cities of Firoozkouh, Damavand and Roudehen. The research design was quantitative, functional and cross-correlation in terms of data collection. The study population consisted of all school administrators that in the academic year of 2014-15, i.e., 199 principals. The sample size was estimated based on the Morgan Table 127. The research sample was selected using simple random sampling. The number of questionnaires filled out by the participants comprised 120. Alaqeband’s Organizational Health and Stronberg’s Thinking Styles Questionnaires were used to gather the required data. the content validity was confirmed by experts. The reliability of thinking styles and organizational health tools appreaed to be 0.78 and 0.85 respectively. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data, that is, frequency, measure of central tendency and dispersion to describe the subjects and inferential statistics, correlation coefficient, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. Research findings indicated that there was no significant relationship between judge Gary managers thinking style with components of organizational health (construction of, consideration, support resources, please penetration, the morale, scientific emphasis and institutional integration). However, there was a significant relationship between executive thinking style and organizational health components.
