Identifying Social Values of managers and Staff in Social Security Organization in Tehran City and Relationship between Their Values and Performance

Abstract :
This approach is applied to identify the social values of managers and employees social security and its relationship with the city of Tehran am concerned. Descriptive and correlational research. The population of this study, all managers and staff are comprised of three campuses in West Tehran is 224., In this study, the distribution of population and the possible lack of feasibility study on the population, according to Morgan table farmers 142 subjects were selected by simple random sampling method was used. To aid communication between the variables of t statistics, Pearson correlation, multiple regression was used. The results of the analysis showed that the working staff and managers and their performance has been above average education of the value of family and moral values - and the managers and staff of social relationships Mnaddary there. Organizational values are the heart of power.
