Study of the Relationship between the Organizational Climate of High Schools and Managerial Permanency of the Their Educational Administrators in Khorramabad

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational climate and managerial permanency of the educational administrators of high schools of Khorramabad. The method of research was descriptive (correlational type). The population of the study consisted of 1389 teachers. The sample consisted of 293 teachers (155 female and 138 male) who were determined by Cochrane formula. The data were gathered by the Halpin and Croft standard questionnaire (OSDQ). The gathered data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that: 1) there was a weak positive relationship between the organizational climate and management permanency; 2) there was a weak positive relationship between management permanency and the supported behavior of the managers; 3) there was a negative relationship between management permanency and pedagogical behavior; 4) there was a weak positive relationship between management permanency and professional behaviors of teachers; 5) there was a weak positive relationship between management permanency and hopeless behaviors of the teachers; 6) there was a weak relationship between management permanency and the friendly behavior of the teacher.
