Role of element of organizational learning (participatory decision making) on organizational citizenship behavior in high schools

Abstract :

The  main  purpose  of  this  research  was  to study effect of element of organizational learning (participatory decision making) on organizational citizenship behavior in Ardabil  secondary  schools  in  2013. The  statistic  society  of  this  research were  1164 of  secondary  school  teachers  and  managers  of Ardabil.  Among this number, 289 were selected based on Kokran formula. The method of this study is of the kind of after-event. The  data  collection   tools  were   questionnaires  of organizational learning of Chiva et al (components of participatory decision making) with 0.85stability and  organizational   citizenship  behavior  questionnaire  of  Orogan  and  Konoski  with  reliability of 73%. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (unilabiate analysis of variance). Results of the study showed that the effect of participatory decision making on organizational citizenship behavior has significant. Also gender has a significant role on OCB. In contrast, the mutual effect of sex and collaborative decision-making on organizational citizenship is not meaningful. With regard to have effect meaningful of participatory decision making on organizational citizenship behavior and role of organizational citizenship behavior at organizations efficiency, is  suggested  that  of participatory decision making  teachers  and  managers must be paid more attention that school efficiency to be a lot.
