Abstract :
The purpose of present research was to study the relationship between philosophical mindedness of managers with performance of managers. The samples were selected from among the managers and teachers presently teaching at Education of the Tehran state east who were selected through stratified random sampling. They were 395 teachers and 140 managers working in one of the schools. The research instruments were researcher-made questionnaires of philosophical mindedness and performance. Validity was checked through expert judgment and whose reliability was calculated Cronbach The result of the research calculated through correlation and Regrassion indicated that there was a statistically significant relationship between philosophical mindedness of managers with performance of managers .
