Study of the effective organizational factors on manpower capability in Development Deputy of Ministry of Agriculture Jihad

Abstract :
Human being has an important role in capability of an organization. This research studied the effective organizational factors on personnel capability in Manpower Deputy of Ministry of Agriculture Jihad in 2010-2011. This study is practical, information collected by questionnaire and they are randomly classified. The statistics society is 400 experts and directors of Central headquarters of Manpower Deputy of Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, 112 of them are selected by random sampling. The major tool is questionnaire research and the AMOS5 and SPSS19 were used for data analyzing. The results showed that one of the factors for capability of manpower recourse is communication. There is the positive correlation with 0.377 between these factors and had most effects on the capability. The variation of leading method with 0.272, variation of personnel requirements with 0.259, organization ethical with 0.25 and organization values with 0.244 positive correlation are the effective factors on the capability of manpower; respectively. The corporation management factor has the weak correlation with human resources capability with 1% error, its correlation is 0.185. The factors of authority cession, sufficiency, reward basis on application doesn’t have correlation with human resources capability. Also, it was shown that personnel believe that the effective feeling and the feeling of rely on others are so important in comparison of other factors. These factors have the 45.6% of total variance of capability.
