Abstract :
Although universities today are one of the effective factors in educating qualified and educated graduates, but it must be admitted that this is more important responsibility of experienced professors and faculty members of universities. The main purpose of this study is to identify and rank the dimensions and components affecting the promotion of productivity management of faculty members of Islamic Azad universities in Tehran province. The method of this research is quantitative in terms of applied goals, quantitative in terms of data and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of all faculty members and managers of departments of Islamic Azad universities of Tehran province was 4465 people who were randomly selected with the help of Cochran's formula to 353 people. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Friedman test was used to rank the status of research variables. For validity of the questionnaire, face and content validity and reliability of the questionnaire were used by Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. The results showed that the highest coefficient is related to the value dimension and the lowest coefficient is related to the management dimension. Said among the components, respectively leadership component, management of individuals, personal characteristics, value related to the individual, personality traits, internal factors, job-individual, external factors, value related to the job, communication, job-organizational And executives were ranked first to twelfth.
