The Role of Digital literacy and Organizational Support in Electronic Learning Performance with the Role of Mediator and Electronic learning Continuity (Case Study: Municipality District 2 in Tehran)

Abstract :
Nowadays application of learning and teaching tools such as IT and Internet for teaching organizational personnel is being rapidly developed. Electronic learning is one of most prominent learning environments in Information Age but the effective factors on function and admission of these systems by organizational personnel compared with traditional learning systems are the priority to be researched.In this regard, this research is intended “to survey the effect of organizational support and digital literacy on electronic learning performance considering mediator role electronic teaching continuity”. The theories of this research peruse the effect of Digital Literacy, Effort, function, organizational support expectations on intent of electronic teaching continuity and occupational function. Statistical society of this research consists of Municipal Workers in Tehran, Dist. 2 which 100 persons were surveyed in one sample via questionnaire consisting 16 questions. In this test, the theories were utilized by structural equation model (SEM) via smartPLS software Version 2. The results indicate that all hypothesizes approved and : digital literacy of the surveyed personnel having positive effect on their function equal to 47%; organizational support having positive effect on electronic teaching continuity for 49% and on electronic teaching continuity on electronic learning performance is positive and equal to 86%. A basic offer to the organization of training sessions and familiarizing staff with the features of e-learning and its benefits.
