Abstract :
The statistical population is the staff of the Industrial Management Organization. Data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire on the job path and staff training questionnaire. The sample was collected using the Cochran formula by a 110-person sampling method. Independent variable is the management training of the staff of the Industrial Management Organization and the dependent variable of the employee's job pathway, which was adapted from the components of the job path of the Edgeard Shine model (eight components), was studied. To test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation test was used and its output was analyzed using SPSS20 software. At the level of 99% confidence, employee training management has an impact on the components of the job pathway of the service organization staff. Also, the effect of independent variable on dependent variables was investigated by multivariate regression method, The effect of educational management on independent variables / independentness, public management competence, creativity and entrepreneurship, pure challenge, lifestyle in the level of 99% is significant (Sig> 0/01). The effect of training on security / stability variables, technical competence, service, or loyalty to an ideal is not significant at 99% confidence level (Sig< 0/01).
