Identifying Individual Factors Influencing Entrepreneurship Enhancement in University Graduates (Case Study: Faculty of Management, Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch)

Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to identify the individual factors affecting the entrepreneurship of university graduates in the Faculty of Management of Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch. Statistical population includes all graduates of management faculty of Islamic Azad University of Central Tehran Branch. Using Morgan's sample size estimation table, 305 individuals were selected randomly. The research method was descriptive and correlational. In order to collect the required information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to identify the individual factors affecting the entrepreneurship of university graduates that their validity and reliability were evaluated. The data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Research findings using Tobey Kendall and Spearman correlation tests showed that the individual factors of graduates including self-esteem, desire for outcome, risk-taking, guidance and leadership, creativity, and future-mindedness play a role in enhancing their entrepreneurship. And in terms of purpose it is practical. This research is also a descriptive research method because the research seeks to identify the individual factors that influence the entrepreneurship of university graduates. Therefore, it is one of the descriptive researches. Since the present study investigates the relationships between variables, The research method is descriptive-correlational.
