Abstract :

The aim of the present research was to Determine of Standard Infrastructure for The presentation of the faculty members' professional skills promotion model based on the fourth generation higher education mission. The study was done based on exploratory research with two statistical sample groups including specialists and experts who were to identify the main factors, and Faculty Members to confirm the reduced factors. In the study, based on the structural equation modeling and using AMOS and SPSS, factors along with 98 items were recognized and approved. Justice in teaching courses, evaluation, cyberspace, familiarization with professional software, job enrichment, research activities, publishing, consulting activities, management activities, executive activities, professional growth, innovation, familiarity with research principles, and familiarity with higher education approaches . In the end, the results of the research were compared and suggestions were made.
