Abstract :
Environmental challenges of the present time in the fields of technological advances, increasing customers’ expectations, and the necessity of organizational flexibility have made organizations look for new ways to preserve themselves in the market. In this respect, many organizations have resorted to staff empowerment and commitment. This study aims to examine the relationship between staff empowerment and organizational commitment and their effects on the study population of this paper. This survey is of correlation type using descriptive methods with applied goals. Statistical population of the study included the personnel of Bagherololum Hospital in Ahar Town. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between staff empowerment and commitment.
