Abstract :

The present research presents the model of structural equations of the comprehensive cultural-educational system of Farhangian University based on the views of managers and cultural experts. In terms of purpose, it is practical, in terms of a mixed exploratory method (qualitative-quantitative). The participants in the qualitative section were managers and cultural experts of Farhangian University of Iran, based on the purposeful snowball sampling method and based on the theoretical saturation of the data, 14 people were selected as the sample size for the interview. In the quantitative part of the statistical population, there were 126 people of all the cultural experts of the campuses and centers of the Farhangian University of Iran in the academic year (1401-1402). According to the census, 74 people participated in the process of answering the questionnaire. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire with 130 questions. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part was theoretical coding that was done using MAXQDA software version 2020. In the quantitative part, to answer the research questions, structural equation modeling (confirmatory factor analysis) was done using SPSS version 28, Smart PLS version 3 and Excel software. And at the end, the conceptual model of the research was designed using the structural equation modeling technique by the method of partial least squares (PLS). The results showed that among 350 open codes, 67 core codes and 6 main components were identified.
