Study of the effect of nano-phosphorus fertilizer, mycorrhiza and superabsorbents application on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of wheat (Ehsan cv.) (Triticum aestivum L.)

Abstract :
Today, the use of biofertilizers and nanofertilizers in agriculture, It can be a suitable alternative to chemical fertilizers. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of superabsorbents, mycorrhizal fungi and nano-phosphorus fertilizers on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Ehsan wheat cultivar. In order to evaluate the effect of superabsorbents, mycorrhiza fungi and nano-phosphorus fertilizer on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Ehsan wheat cultivar, a factorial experiment was carried out in the form of a randomized complete block design with three replications in Baye Kola Agricultural Research Station affiliate to Mazandaran province Agriculture Research Center. Factors tested include nano-phosphorus fertilizer in two levels, application of mycorrhizal fungi in four levels (application of mycorrhizal fungi of Glomus mosseae, Glomus intraradices and a mixture of two fungi), application of superabsorbent in four levels (application of zeolite, stacosorb and combination Two types of superabsorbents) were performed. The results of two-year composite data analysis of shows that by using mycorrhiza and superabsorbent attributes such as chlorophyll content in the steam stage, fresh weight of spikes, dry weight of spikes, the grain phosphorus percentage and the grain potash percentage became significant at the level of one percent. By consuming of mycorrhizal fungi, characteristics such as number of seeds per spike and grain yield became significant at the level of one percent, that the highest grain yield among the different levels of mycorrhiza related to G.intraradices treatment with 6777/25 kg/ha and the least amount of it belongs to the control treatment with 6061/49 kg/ha. The results showed that the use of superabsorbents and microrrizal fungi had a significant effect on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Ehsan wheat cultivar.

مطالعه تأثیر کاربرد نانو ذرات فسفر، میکوریزا و ابرجاذب ها بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گندم نان" رقم احسان" (Triticum aestivum L.)
امروزه، استفاده از كودهاي زيستي و نانو کودها ميتواند به عنوان جايگزيني مناسب و مطلوب براي كودهاي شيميايي در تولید محصولات زراعی باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر کاربرد نانو ذرات فسفر، میکوریزا و سوپرجاذبها بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گندم نان رقم احسان انجام شده است. این آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوكهاي کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات زراعی بایعکلا وابسته به مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی استان مازندران انجام شد. عوامل مورد آزمایش شامل نانو ذرات فسفر در دو سطح، کاربرد میکوریزا در چهار سطح (مصرف میکوریزا از گونه Glomus mosseae، Glomus intraradices و مخلوط دو قارچ)، کاربرد سوپرجاذب در چهار سطح (مصرف سوپرجاذب از نوع زئولیت، استاکوزورب و ترکیب دو نوع سوپرجاذب) بود. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه مرکب دو ساله دادهها نشان داد با مصرف میکوریزا و سوپرجاذب صفاتی مانند محتوای کلروفیل در مرحله ساقه دهی، وزن تر سنبله، وزن خشک سنبله، درصد فسفر دانه و درصد پتاسیم دانه در سطح یک درصد معنیدار شد. با مصرف قارچ میکوریزا صفات تعداد دانه در سنبله و عملکرد دانه در سطح یک درصد معنیدار و بیشترین عملکرد دانه در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار G.intraradices با 25/6777 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین مقدار آن با 49/6061 کیلوگرم در هکتار متعلق به تیمار شاهد بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مصرف سوپرجاذبها و میکرویزا بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی رقم گندم احسان تأثیر بسزایی داشته است.

مقدمه
گندم از مهمترین غلات در تغذیه انسان به شمار میرود و در سرتاسر جهان کشت و با تولید سالانه بیش از 600 میلیون تن، بعد از ذرت و برنج بیشترین تولید را در دنیا به خود اختصاص داده است (Asseng et al., 2011). با توجه به قرار گرفتن کشور ایران در اقلیم خشک و نیمه خشک و پایین بودن بارشهاي جوي در این نواحی، کمبود آب یکی از چالشهاي اصلی کشاورزي بوده و رشد جمعیت و در پی آن تأمین امنیت غذایی و نیاز به تولید محصولات راهبردي (استراتژیکی) مانند گندم، اهمیت مدیریت مصرف آب در بخش کشاورزي و لزوم افزایش بهرهوري آب را بیشتر نمایان میکند .(Tavakoli, 2013) کاربرد سوپرجاذب در کشاورزی میتواند نقش مؤثری در افزایش ظرفیت نگهداری و جذب رطوبت خاک و کاهش اثرگذاریهای نامطلوب تنش خشکی داشته باشد .(Nazari et al., 2010) سوپرجاذبها در خاك آب و عناصر غذايي را جذب و به تدريج در اختیار گياه قرار داده و، باعث بهبود رشد گياه با مقدار محدود آب میگردند .(Islam et al., 2011b) كاربرد 40 كيلوگرم سوپرجاذب در هكتـار توانست ارتفـاع بوته، قطر ساقه، سطح برگ، عملكرد و زيست توده كل ذرت را افزايش دهد .(Islam et al., 2011a) پلیمرهاي سوپرجاذب باعث افزایش ماندگاري آب در خاك شده و تعداد آبیاري را تا 50 درصد کاهش میدهند(Nazarli et al, 2010) . بررسی نشان داده است که سوپرجاذبها میتوانند تا20 درصد تبخیر آب را کاهش دهند کاربرد سوپرجاذبها، آبشویی نیترات در خاك را کاهش و مقدار جذب آن و میزان زیست توده (بیوماس) را افزایش داد .(Egrinya Enejiv et al., 2013) زئولیت، یک مادهای معدنی که عمدتاً از آلومینوسیلیکات تشکیل شده و در صنایع به عنوان جاذب سطحی کاربرد داشته و به دلیل قابلیت تبادل یونی، در کشاورزی به عنوان ماده مغذی نیز استفاده میشود .(Ramesh et al. 2011) زئوليت ميتواند غلظت عناصر غذايي و راندمان استفاده از كودهاي نيتروژن، فسفر و پتاسيم در بافت گياه را بـه طور معنيداري افزايش دهد .(Ahmad et al., 2010) به نظر میرسد که مصرف زئولیت از طریق فراهم نمودن مقادیر بیشتري از آب آبیاري براي ریشهها، باعث ایجاد شرایط رشد و نمو بهتري براي گیاهان شده و تخریب غشاي سلولها را کاهش میدهد (Mirzakhani and Sibi, 2010). یکي از مهمترين روابط همزيستي در گیاهان، همزيستي با قارچ میکوريزا ميباشد كه در آن، ريشه گياه با قارچ به صورت یک واحد زنده فعاليت و به رشد یکديگر کمک ميكنند. قارچ میکوریزا با جذب عناصر غذايي از طریق گسترش سیستم ریشهاي گیاه و جستجو در خاک، به وسیله هیفهاي خارجی در ریشههاي مویی به جذب عناصر غذایی کمک میکند (Khosrojerdi et al., 2013). در پژوهشهاي سایر محققین نشان داده شد که تلقیح گندم با باکتريهاي فزاینده رشد و قارچ میکوریزا از طریق دسترسی گیاه به آب و مواد غذایی موجب افزایش سرعت رشد نسبی گردید (Shahhosseini et al., 2012). در بررسی Yaseen و همکاران (2017) تلقیح میکوریزایی در گندم باعث افزایش ارتفاع بوته، قطر ساقه، شاخص سطح برگ، محتواي نسبی آب برگ، تعداد دانه در سنبله، عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک گردید. در مطالعه Lehnert و همکاران (2017) تلقیح قارچ میکوریزي گلوموس موسیا در گندم ارتفاع بوته، قطر ساقه، شاخص سطح برگ، تعداد دانه در سنبله، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت را افزایش داد. Sabbagh و همکاران (2017) در بررسی تلقیح میکوریزا با قارچ گلوموس اینتراردیسز در گندم افزایش تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و درصد پروتئین را گزارش کردند. فسفر در تغذيه گياه پس از نيتروژن در رتبه دوم اهميت قرار دارد .(Servani et al., 2014) تأمين فسفر موردنياز گياه براي رسيدن به بالاترین عملكرد، مهم و حياتي بوده و افزون بر كودهاي شيميايي و زيستي، يكي ديگر از روشهاي تأمين فسفر مورد نياز گياه استفاده از نانوكود است .(Heshmati et al., 2017) استفاده از نانوكودها منجر به افزايش كارايي مصرف عناصر غذايي، كاهش سميت خاك، به حداقل رسيدن مصرف كود و كاهش تعداد دفعات كاربرد كود میگردد، و به دليل اينكه زمان و سرعت رهاسازي عناصر با نياز غذايي گياه منطبق و هماهنگ ميشود، گياه قادر به جذب حداکثر عناصر غذايي شده و با كاهش آبشويي عناصر، عملكرد محصول نيز افزايش مييابد .(Asghari et al., 2014) استفاده از نانوکودها به عنوان جایگزین کودهای مرسوم، عناصر غذایی کود بتدریج و به صورت کنترل شده در خاک آزاد و در نتیجه از بروز پدیده مردابی شدن آبهای ساکن و همچنین آلودگی آب آشامیدنی جلوگیری به عمل خواهد آمد و با بهره گیری از فناوری نانو در طراحی و ساخت نانوکودها، فرصتهای جدیدی به منظور افزایش کارایی مصرف عناصر غذایی و به حداقل رساندن هزینههای حفاظت از محیط زیست، پیش روی انسان گشوده شده است .(Naderi and Abedi, 2012) با توجه به اهميت توليد پايدار گندم به عنوان يكي از مهمترين غذاهاي بشر، استفاده از تكنولوژي نانو ميتواند گامي موثر در جهت دستيابي به كشاورزي پايدار و سازگاري با محيط زيست باشد. با توجه به لزوم مدیریت تغذیه گیاهی در راستاي افزایش و پایداري تولید و اهمیت کودهاي زیستی و نانو در کشاورزي پایدار و حفـظ محیط زیست و ضرورت کاهش مصرف بی رویه کودهاي شیمیایی و بهینهسازي مصرف آنها در بوم نظام هاي زراعی کشور، تحقیـق حاضر با هـدف بررسی اثرات نانو ذرات فسفر، میکوریزا و ابرجاذبها بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گندم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.

آزمایشات مزرعهای: این آزمایش به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوكهاي کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی بایع کلا (نکا) زیر نظر مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی استان مازندران، با طول جغرافیایی 53 درجه و 13 دقیقه شرقی، عرض جغرافیایی 36 درجه و 41 دقیقه شمالی و ارتفاع چهار متر از سطح دریا در دو سال 97-1396 و 98-1397 اجرا شد. فاکتورهای آزمایشی شامل نانو فسفر در دو سطح (عدم مصرف و مصرف نانو فسفر)، کاربرد میکوریزا در چهار سطح (عدم مصرف، مصرف میکوریزا از گونه Glomus mosseae، میکوریزا از گونه Glomus intraradicesو مخلوط آنها)، کاربرد سوپرجاذب در چهار سطح (عدم مصرف، مصرف سوپرجاذب معدنی از نوع زئولیت، مصرف سوپرجاذب سنتزی از نوع استاکوزورب، مخلوط دو نوع سوپرجاذب) بود. قبل از کاشت آزمایش آنالیز خاک مزرعه براساس پروتوکل اجرایی مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی انجام گردید (جدول1). مطابق آزمون خاک مقدار کودهای نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاس در زمان کاشت به طور کامل به زمین داده و کود نیتروژن در سه مرحله کاشت، ساقه دهی و ظهور سنبله اعمال شد. سوپرجاذبها و میکوریزا به همراه فسفر و پتاس قبل از کشت به زمین اضافه گردید. سوپرجاذب سنتزی (استاکوزورب) به ميزان 30 کیلوگرم در هکتار، سوپرجاذب معدنی (زئولیت) به ميزان 9 تن در هکتار و میکوریزا به میزان 80-100 کیلوگرم در هکتار مطابق پروتکل شرکت سازنده استفاده گردید، به نحوي كه پس از محاسبه مقدار كود موردنياز هر كرت، كود قبل از كاشت با خاك سطحي (10 سانتيمتر سطح خاك) مخلوط و سپس بذر گندم رقم احسان با در نظر گرفتن تراکم 180 کیلوگرم در هکتار، برای هر واحد آزمایش و در عمقی بالاتر از عمق قرارگیری سوپرجاذب ها و میکوریزا یعنی در عمق 6 سانتی متری از سطح خاک کشت شد. نانو فسفر به میزان 2 کیلوگرم در هزار لیتر آب در مرحله پنجه زنی استفاده گردید.

عمليات تهيه زمين شامل شخم، ديسك، تسطيح زمين و ايجاد فارو در مراحل قبل از كاشت اجرا و هر كرت آزمايشي شامل 5 ردیف كشت به طول 5 متر و فاصله 20 سانتيمتر بود. در طول فصل رشد صفاتی مانند، محتوای کلروفیل برگ در مرحله ساقه دهی، وزن تر و خشک سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن هزاردانه، میزان آهن، روی، پتاسیم، فسفر و عملکرد دانه مود ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
نحوه سنجش محتوی کلروفیل: جهت اندازهگیری محتوی کلروفیل برگ از دستگاه SPAD استفاده گردید. اندازهگیری از شش نقطه برگ کاملاً توسعه یافته انجام و میانگین اعداد بدست آمده به عنوان عدد نهایی در محاسبهها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
اندازه گیری فسفر دانه: اندازهگیری فسفر به روش هضم به طریق سوزاندن خشک و استفاده از اسید هیدروکلریک صورت گرفت و توسط دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر میزان جذب قرائت و میزان فسفر دانه محاسبه گردید.
اندازهگیری غلظت عناصر پتاسیم، آهن و روی دانه: غلظتهای پتاسیم و آهن در بذر گندم با استفاده از دستگاه پلاسمای جفت شده القایی-طیف سنج نشر نوری (ICP-OES) و مطابق با دستورالعمل موسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور-معاونت آمل تعیین شد.
تجزیه و تحلیل آماری: تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SAS (نسخه 2/9) انجام شد و مقایسه میانگین نتایج با استفاده از آزمون توکی در سطح احتمال پنج درصد انجام گردید.
نتایج
عملکرد دانه: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دوساله نشان داد که اثر متقابل سال × نانو فسفر × میکوریزا در سطح یک درصد و اثر متقابل نانوفسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب در سطح پنج درصد بر عملکرد دانه معنیدار شد (جدول 2). مقایسه میانگین صفات نشان داد که با مصرف میکوریزا و سوپرجاذب عملکرد دانه افزایش یافت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار G.intraradices با 25/6777 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین عملکرد دانه مربوط به تیمار شاهد با 49/6061 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود (جدول 3). بیشترین عملکرد دانه در بین سطوح مختلف سوپرجاذب مربوط به تیمار (زئولیت + استاکوزورب) 99/6750 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 23/6175 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود (جدول 3). در اثر متقابل سه گانه بیشترین عملکرد دانه مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر× ترکیب دو میکوریزا × ترکیب دو سوپرجاذب) 47/8066 کیلوگرم در هکتار و کمترین عملکرد دانه مربوط به تیمار شاهد 72/4728 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود (جدول 4).
وزن هزار دانه: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دوساله نشان داد که اثر متقابل سال × نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب بر صفت وزن هزار دانه در سطح یک درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). مقایسه میانگین اثر سال بر روی صفات نشان داد که بیشترین و کمترین وزن هزار دانه در سال اول و دوم به ترتیب 72/61 و 50/51 گرم بدست آمد (جدول 3).
وزن تر سنبله: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله آزمایش اینگونه نشان داد که اثر میکوریزا، سوپرجاذب و اثرات متقابل (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا)، (نانو فسفر × سوپرجاذب)، (میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (سال × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) بر صفت وزت تر سنبله در سطح یک درصد معنی دار شد (جدول 2). مقایسه میانگین صفات عنوان کرد که با مصرف میکوریزا و سوپرجاذب وزت تر سنبله افزایش یافت. بیشترین وزن تر سنبله در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار G.intraradices 06/15 گرم بود و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 24/13 گرم بود (جدول 3). بیشترین وزن تر سنبله در بین سطوح مختلف سوپرجاذب مربوط به تیمار سوپرجاذب معدنی (زئولیت) 49/15 گرم و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 60/12 گرم بود (جدول 3). در اثر متقابل سه گانه بیشترین وزن تر سنبله مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر × G.mosseae × زئولیت) 93/19 گرم و کمترین وزن تر سنبله مربوط به تیمار شاهد 10/7 گرم بود (جدول 4).
وزن خشک سنبله: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله داده ها نشان داد که اثرات متقابل (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا)، (میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) بر صفت وزن خشک سنبله در سطح یک درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). مقایسه میانگین صفات نشان داد که با مصرف نانو فسفر، میکوریزا و سوپرجاذب وزن خشک سنبله افزایش یافت. بیشترین وزن خشک سنبله با مصرف نانوفسفر 47/7 گرم بود که نسبت به تیمار شاهد 18 درصد افزایش نشان داد. بیشترین وزن خشک سنبله در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار (G.mosseae + G.intraradices) 50/7 گرم بود و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 41/6 گرم بود (جدول 3). بیشترین وزن خشک سنبله در بین سطوح مختلف سوپرجاذب مربوط به تیمار سوپرجاذب معدنی(زئولیت) 63/7 گرم و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 10/6 گرم بود (جدول 3). در اثر متقابل سه گانه بیشترین وزن خشک سنبله مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر × زئولیت) 21/9 گرم و کمترین وزن خشک سنبله مربوط به تیمار شاهد 50/3 گرم بود (جدول 4).
تعداد دانه در سنبله: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله نشان داد که اثرات متقابل (میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) در سطح یک درصد ولی اثرات متقابل (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا)، (نانو فسفر × سوپرجاذب)، (سال × نانو فسفر × میکوریزا) بر صفت تعداد دانه در سنبله در سطح پنج درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). مقایسه میانگین های صفات با مصرف نانو فسفر و میکوریزا تعداد دانه در سنبله افزایش یافت. بیشترین تعداد دانه در سنبله با مصرف نانو فسفر 22/60 عدد بود که نسبت به تیمار شاهد 75/26 درصد افزایش نشان داد. (جدول 3). بیشترین تعداد دانه در سنبله در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار (G.mosseae + G.intraradices) با 64/59 عدد بود و کمترین تعداد آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد با 77/45 عدد بود (جدول 3). در اثر متقابل سه گانه بیشترین تعداد دانه در سنبله مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر× ترکیب دو قارچ میکوریزا × ترکیب دو سوپرجاذب) با 50/73 عدد و کمترین تعداد دانه در سنبله مربوط به تیمار شاهد با 83/32 عدد بود (جدول 4).

غلظت کلروفیل برگ: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله نشان داد که اثرات متقابل (نانو فسفر× میکوریزا)، (نانو فسفر × سوپرجاذب)، (میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) بر صفت غلظت کلروفیل در مرحله ساقه دهی در سطح یک درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). بیشترین محتوای کلروفیل برگ در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار (G.mosseae + G.intraradices) 25/36 درصد بود و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 19/35 درصد بود (جدول 3). بیشترین محتوای کلروفیل برگ در بین سطوح مختلف سوپرجاذب مربوط به تیمار (استاکوزورب + زئولیت) 42/36 درصد و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 2/35 درصد بود (جدول 3). بیشترین محتوای کلروفیل برگ در اثر متقابل سه گانه مربوط به تیمار (G.mosseae × استاکوزورب) 4/40 درصد و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار (میکوریزا G.mosseae × زئولیت) 8/31 درصد بود (جدول 4).
درصد فسفر دانه: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله نشان داد که اثرات متقابل (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا)، (میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) در سطح یک درصد ولی اثرات متقابل (سال × نانو فسفر) بر صفت درصد فسفر دانه در سطح پنج درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). بیشترین درصد فسفر دانه در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار (G.mosseae + G.intraradices) و (G.mosseae) 072/0 درصد بود و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد و G.intraradices با 065/0 درصد بود (جدول 3). بیشترین درصد فسفر دانه در بین سطوح مختلف سوپرجاذب مربوط به تیمار ترکیب دو سوپرجاذب (استاکوزورب + زئولیت) 074/0 درصد و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد 061/0 درصد بود (جدول 3). بیشترین درصد فسفر دانه در اثر متقابل سه گانه مربوط به تیمار (ترکیب دو قارچ میکوریزا × ترکیب دو سوپرجاذب) با 083/0 درصد و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار شاهد با 050/0 درصد بود (جدول 4).
درصد پتاس دانه: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله نشان داد که اثرات متقابل (سال × نانو فسفر)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا)، (نانو فسفر × سوپرجاذب)، (میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) بر صفت درصد پتاس دانه در سطح یک درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). بیشترین درصد پتاس دانه در بین سطوح مختلف میکوریزا مربوط به تیمار G.mosseae با 404/0 درصد بود و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار G.intraradices با 367/0 درصد بود (جدول 3). بیشترین درصد پتاس دانه در بین سطوح مختلف سوپرجاذب مربوط به تیمار (استاکوزورب + زئولیت) با 396/0 درصد و کمترین درصد پتاس دانه مربوط به تیمار شاهد با 380/0 درصد بود (جدول 3). بیشترین درصد پتاس دانه در اثر متقابل سه گانه مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر × G.mosseae × سوپرجاذب استاکوزورب) با 483/0 درصد و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر × G.intraradices × سوپرجاذب استاکوزورب) با 315/0 درصد بود (جدول 4).
میزان آهن دانه: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله نشان داد که اثرات متقابل (سال × نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) در سطح یک درصد ولی اثرات متقابل (نانو فسفر × سوپرجاذب)، (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) بر صفت میزان آهن دانه در سطح پنج درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). بیشترین میزان آهن دانه در اثر متقابل سه گانه مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر × ترکیب دو میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب استاکوزورب) با 5/89 میلی گرم در کیلوگرم و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار G.mosseae 83/47 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم بود (جدول 4).
میزان روی دانه: نتایج تجزیه مرکب دو ساله نشان داد که اثرات متقابل (سال × نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) در سطح یک درصد ولی اثرات متقابل (نانو فسفر × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب)، (سال × نانو فسفر × میکوریزا)، (سال × میکوریزا × سوپرجاذب) بر صفت میزان روی دانه در سطح پنج درصد معنیدار شد (جدول 2). بیشترین میزان روی دانه در اثر متقابل سه گانه مربوط به تیمار (نانو فسفر × G.mosseae × ترکیب دو سوپرجاذب) با 54 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم و کمترین مقدار آن مربوط به تیمار G.intraradices با 16/24 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم بود (جدول 4).
بحث
محققان نشان دادند که بهبود عملکرد دانه در گیاهان تلقیح شده با مایکوریزا ممکن است ناشی از تاٌثیر مثبت مایکوریزا بر قابلیت دسترسی بهتر مواد غذایی برای گیاه به واسطه گسترش ریشهها باشد .(Khalvati et al., 2005) مایکوریزا ممکن است با فراهم آوردن نیتروژن کافی برای گیاه میزبان در افزایش عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد موثر باشد (Sanchez-Blanco et al., 2004). كاربرد زئوليت عملكرد محصول گندم را نزديك به 100 درصد در مقايسه با شاهد بدون كود و نزديك به 40 درصد در مقايسه با شاهد همراه كود افزايش داد .(Saneoka et al., 2004) برخی محققان علت روند افزایشی عملکرد در اثر مصرف پلیمر را رساندن آب و مواد غذایی به گیاه در مرحله رشد رویشی و زایشی گیاه توسط این ماده دانسته، که در شرایط تنش قادر است کمبود آب در مرحله گرده افشانی را برطرف کرده و سبب افزایش عملکرد شود .(Taylor and Halfacre, 1986) یافتههاي سایر پژوهشگران نیز نشان داد که قارچهاي میکوریزا و شبه میکوریزا از طریق همزیستی با ریشه گیاهان موجب افزایش معنیدار رشد و عملکرد آنها میشود .(Lupway et al., 2000) کاربرد توأم نانو فسفر، میکوریزا و سوپرجاذب باعث افزایش عملکرد دانه نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد.
به نظر می رسد در شرایط کاربرد مایکوریزا افزایش عرضه عناصر غذایی و مواد فتوسنتزی به خصوص در مرحله پر شدن دانه، موجب بهبود میزان مواد ذخیره شده در دانه و همین امر منجر به افزایش وزن هزار دانه شده است. به دليل افزايش مقدار کل کربوهيدرات، نشاسته و پروتئين دانه بواسطه مصرف روي در ذرت وزن صد دانه، تعداد دانه در سنبله و در نتيجه عملکرد دانه افزايش يافت .(Marschner, 1984)
به نظر می رسد پلیمر سوپرجاذب با توسعه بیشتر اندامهای رویشی از طریق قرار دادن آب کافی در اختیار ریشه گیاه، و افزایش انتقال مواد از خاک توسط گیاه و همچنین با افزایش کارایی فتوسنتزی برگها از طریق افزایش سطح برگ و میزان فتوسنتز باعث تجمع ماده خشک و عملکرد زیستی در گیاه شد. خشكي با ايجاد تغييرات مورفولوژيكي، فيزيولوژيكي و بيوشيميايي متعددي كه در گياه به وجود ميآورد و با متوقف نمودن گسترش سلولها و كاهش فشار آماس ميتواند بر روي وزن تر و خشك گياه تأثير گذاشته و آنها را كاهش دهد، خشكي باعث كاهش انتقال مواد غذايي از خاك به گياه ميشود و باعث كاهش معنيدار وزن تر سنبله نسبت به تیمار شاهد ميشود. نانو كودها به منظور رهاسازي تدريجي محتويات غذايي خود به گونهاي كه زمان آزادسازي آنها با نياز غذايي محصول منطبق باشد، طراحي و ساخته شدهاند .(Naderi and Danesh-shahraki, 2011)
در تیمار شاهد (عدم مصرف منابع کودي) پیري زودرس ایجاد شده بوسیله کمبود آب فتوسنتز جاري و سرعت پر شدن دانه را کاهش میدهد و در نتیجه منجر به کاهش وزن دانه و کاهش وزن خشک سنبله میگردد .(Madani et al., 2010) Feng و همکاران (2002) در بررسی تأثیر کودهای زیستی بر میزان تحمل به خشکی گیاه ذرت، مشاهده کردند که وزن خشک ریشه و اندامهای هوایی در نتیجه همزیستی با میکوریز (جنس گلوموس) افزایش یافت. کاربرد پلیمرهای سوپرجاذب موجب افزایش ارتفاع و وزن خشک گیاه ذرت علوفه ای شدet al., 2007) (Allah-dadi. به نظر میرسد که با توجه به محل طبیعی حضور این قارچ، که در مناطق بیابانی و خشک است، بتوان نتایج را اینطور تفسیر نمود که نسبت به شرایط خشک و نامساعد تکامل پیدا کرده است و لذا در شرایطی که گیاه با تنش روبرو شود بهتر میتواند تأثیرات خود را بر رشد گیاه اعمال نماید (Sepehri et al, 2009)
محققان اظهار داشتند که کربن اضافی تثبیت شده توسط گیاهان مایکوریزایی شده به مایکوریزا تخصیص مییابد و این قارچها با ایفای نقش مخزن اضافی برای آسیمیلاتها، موجب تحریک فتوسنتز گیاه میزبان شده و از این طریق به بهبود عملکرد کمک میکنند (Khalvati et al., 2005). فسفر یکی از مهمترین عناصر محدودکننده تولید گیاهان زراعی در اکوسیستمهاي زراعی محسوب میشود، اما استفاده از مقادیر زیاد فسفر سبب کاهش جمعیت و فعالیت فیزیولوژیک میکوریزا میشود .(Bagyaraj, 1990; Guillemin, 1995) در همین راستا گزارش شده است که بهبود جذب عناصر غذایی و افزایش جذب آب، از دلایل اصلی افزایش عملکرد دانه در اثر تلقیح است (Osborne et al., 2002).
نشان داده شده است میکوریزا موجب افزایش میزان کلروفیل در گیاه گندم خواهد شد، به طوري که میزان کلروفیل a، b و کل در تیمارهاي تلقیح شده با میکوریزا به ترتیب 7/13، 5/33 و 4/17 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهد (عدم تلقیح با میکوریزا) افزایش نشان داد .(Moucheshi et al., 2012) Huixing (2005) افزایش میزان فتوسنتز در حضور میکوریزا را دلیل بالا بودن میزان فتوسنتز که نتیجه بالا بودن میزان کلروفیل در تیمارهاي تلقیح شده با میکوریزا عنوان کردهاند. با كاهش فتوسنتز و كلروفيل و محدود شدن مواد اختصاص يافته فتوسنتزي به دانهها در شرايط تنش خشكي وزن آنها كاهش يافته كه اين امر منجر به كاهش عملكرد ميشود(Shamsipur et al., 2010) . غلظت کلروفیل برگ نشانه پایداري فتوسنتز میباشد و به طور قابل توجهی در گیاهان تحت تنش گرما کاهش مییابد که این امر به دلیل نشاندهنده بیوسنتز کلروفیل یا افزایش تجزیه آن به دلیل اکسیداسیون نوري باشد .(Kaur et al., 2015)
عدم توانایی سویه G.intraradices در کاهش pH خاك و تولید اسیدهاي آلی دلیل کاهش جذب فسفر گیاه میباشد (Antunes et al., 2007). اما Smith و همکاران (2004) دریافتند که عدم توانایی سویه میکوریزا در ایجاد همزیستی به این معنی نیست که میکوریزا سهمی در جذب فسفر به وسیلۀ گیاه ندارد. آنها همچنین بیان کردند، قارچ براي رشد خود به فسفر نیاز دارد و ممکن است فسفر جذب شده را جهت مصرف خود اختصاص داده و به گیاه منتقل نکند. پلیمرهاي سوپرجاذب باعث استفاده بهینه از منابع آب و حفظ آن، افزایش رطوبت خاك و افزایش جذب مواد غذایی و ریز مغذيهاي ضروري در خاك میگردد .(Karimi, 1993)
مایکوریزا سبب بهبود جذب نیتروژن، پتاس، منیزیم، مس و روي در خاكهاي فقیر میشود .(Smith and Read, 2008) در گياهان ميكوريزي غلظت پتاسيم نيز بيشتر از گياهان غير ميكوريزي گزارش شده است و بدين ترتيب با افزايش نسبت پتاس به سديم، همزيستي ميكوريزي گياه را در برابر اثرات منفي سديم محافظت مينمايد .(Amiri et al., 2011) مصرف زئوليت باعث افزايش جذب نیتروژن و پتاسيم، بالا بردن راندمان مصرف ازت و افزايش وزن هزاردانه برنج شد (Farmahini et al., 2011). ساير نتايج نشان داد كه استفاده از زئوليت ميتواند رطوبت خاك را براي مدت بيشتري حفظ و در اختيار گياه قرار دهد، بنابراين كاربرد زئوليت ميتواند اثرات سوء تنش خشكي در گياه زراعي را تعديل بخشد .(Zamanian, 2008)
در آزمايشي اثر مصرف اكسيد آهن نانو و معمولي بر غلظت آهن و رشد گياه گندم رقم آتيلا مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه كاربرد خاكي اكسيد آهن نانو در مقايسه با اكسيد آهن معمولي، سبب افزايش معنيدار غلظت آهن گياه، ارتفاع گياه، طول سنبله، وزن هزار دانه، وزن خشك كاه و كلش گياه و عملكرد گياه گرديد .(Mazaheri-nia et al., 2010) Sajediو Rejali (2011) در بررسي تاثير تلقيح ميكوريز بر جذب عناصر كم مصرف در ذرت اظهار داشتند تلقيح ميكوريزا غلظت مس، منگنز، روي و آهن را افزايش داد. Mardukhi و همکاران (2011) در پژوهشي اعلام داشتند ميكوريزا با دريافت منابع كربني انرژيزا از گياه، بسياري از عناصر غذايي معدني مثل فسفر، روي، موليبدن، مس و آهن را به حالت كاملاً قابل جذب در آورده و در اختيار ريشه قرار ميدهد. سوپرجاذبها می توانند عناصری مانند آهن، روی، فسفر و نیتروژن را در خود نگهداری نمایند و از آبشویی و هدر رفتن آنها جلوگیری به عمل آورند .(Allah-dadi, 2002)
Ortas (2010) در بررسي تاثير 4 گونه مايكوريزا، بيشترين محتواي عنصر روي در دانه و بوته را تحت تاثير كاربرد گونه گلوموس موسه گزارش كرد. Safapour و همكاران (2012) اعتقاد دارند مايكوريزا از طريق انتشار ميسيليومهاي خارجي خود در منافذ ريز خاك كه امكان ورود ريشههاي موئين براي جذب آب وجود ندارد، و باكتري تنظيم كننده رشد از طريق تحريك توسعه رشد ريشه آب و عناصر غذايي را جذب و به گياه منتقل ميكند به گفته ايشان عنصر روي سطح هورمون اكسين را نيز در گياه تحت تأثير قرار ميدهد و به طور غير مستقيم در ايجاد فشار اسمزي نيز نقش دارد و با فراهمي اين عنصر جذب آب توسط گياه به خوبي انجام ميشود. با تأمین عنصر روی همراه با سایر عناصرموردنیاز گندم، تعداد دانه در سنبله و عملکرد دانه افزایش مییابد (Zozi et al., 2012). نتایج تحقیقات Hemantaranjan و همکاران (1988) نشان دادند که مصرف آهن و روی موجب افزایش معنیدار تعداد سنبله در مترمربع و طول خوشه شد و اظهار داشتند که این عناصر به دلیل افزایش مقدار کل کربوهیدرات، مقادیر نشاسته و پروتئین دانه موجب افزایش اجزای عملکرد و در نهایت موجب افزایش عملکرد دانه میشوند.
نتیجه گیری نهایی
نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد استفاده از میکوریزا و سوپرجاذب بر خصوصیات کمی و کیفی گندم نان رقم احسان تأثیر معنیداری داشته، به طوری که بیشترین عملکرد دانه با مصرف میکوریزا با 25/6777 کیلوگرم در هکتار بدست آمد. امروزه مدیریت منابع آب و مصرف آب در بخش سوپرجاذب به همراه میکوریزا میتواند سبب بهبود جذب آب و عناصر غذایی گردد، که این امر باعث افزایش عملکرد گیاه زراعی میشود. كاربرد كودهاي زيستي و نانو کودها علاوه بر اثرات مثبتي كه بر كليه خصوصيات خاك دارد، از جنبههاي اقتصادي، زيست محيطي و اجتماعي نيز مثمرثمر واقع شده و ميتواند به عنوان جايگزيني مناسب و مطلوب براي كودهاي شيميايي باشد اين تحقيق، مصرف اين کودهای مفيد را به علت کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیائی، کاهش هزینهها و افزایش عملکرد دانه در زراعت گندم توصيه مينمايد.

Study of the effect of nano-phosphorus fertilizer, mycorrhiza and superabsorbents application on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of wheat (Ehsan cv.) (Triticum aestivum L.)
Abstract
Today, the use of biofertilizers and nanofertilizers in agriculture, it can be a suitable alternative to chemical fertilizers. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of superabsorbents, mycorrhizal fungi and nano-phosphorus fertilizers on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Ehsan wheat cultivar. In order to evaluate the effect of superabsorbents, mycorrhiza fungi and nano-phosphorus fertilizer on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Ehsan wheat cultivar, a factorial experiment was carried out in the form of a randomized complete block design with three replications in Baye Kola Agricultural Research Station affiliate to Mazandaran province Agriculture Research Center. Factors tested include nano-phosphorus fertilizer in two levels, application of mycorrhizal fungi in four levels (application of mycorrhizal fungi of Glomus mosseae, Glomus intraradices and a mixture of two fungi), application of superabsorbent in four levels (application of zeolite, stacosorb and combination Two types of superabsorbents) were performed. The results of two-year composite data analysis of shows that by using mycorrhiza and superabsorbent attributes such as chlorophyll content in the steam stage, fresh weight of spikes, dry weight of spikes, the grain phosphorus percentage and the grain potash percentage became significant at the level of one percent. By consuming of mycorrhizal fungi, characteristics such as number of seeds per spike and grain yield became significant at the level of one percent, that the highest grain yield among the different levels of mycorrhiza related to G. intraradices treatment with 6777/25 kg/ha and the least amount of it belongs to the control treatment with 6061/49 kg/ha. The results showed that the use of superabsorbents and microrrizal fungi had a significant effect on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Ehsan wheat cultivar.
