    Admission Process

After sending article by corresponding author through the article submission system, after 5 days at most, an email will be sent to the responsible author stating that the article has been received and sent to the judging stage. Dear authors, please note that in order to speed up the process of the review process, before submitting the article, read the guide for the authors carefully, prepare and submit the article accurately based on the compilation guide available in the system. Dear authors, please send your articles only through the system of the quarterly journal and your personal page and follow up only through this way. Absolutely refrain from delivering or sending articles to any natural or legal person's email and phone calls in this regard; because the journal office will not be responsible for articles that are sent through other methods than the quarterly system.

    Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the IMPCS undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the integrity, quality, and validity of their research methodology and arguments. The Journal of IMPCS is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of peer review and academic excellence.

Upon submission, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment email containing the manuscript registration number, along with the name and contact information of the scientific editor assigned to oversee the review process. From this point forward, authors are advised to direct all inquiries regarding the manuscript exclusively to the Editor-in-Chief (EIC).

Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial evaluation by the EIC to determine its overall quality and alignment with the journal’s scope. If deemed suitable, the manuscript is forwarded to at least two independent reviewers for a thorough assessment. Authors can typically expect initial feedback no earlier than four weeks after submission. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, manuscripts may be accepted, require minor or major revisions, or be rejected. In cases where revisions are requested, authors must carefully address all comments provided by both reviewers and editors before resubmitting their work for further consideration.

Upon final acceptance, authors are required to submit the finalized version of their manuscript in the appropriate file formats (not as a PDF). Manuscript text should be provided as a MS Word document, while tables should be submitted as an MS Excel file. Authors will be notified regarding the publication date of their paper. A single column proof-reading version will be provided as a PDF file to the corresponding author, who must carefully review and correct it before returning it within 4 working days

A weekly email will be sent to the reviewers as a reminder. If no review is received within one month, the manuscript will be withdrawn from the initial reviewer and reassigned to another reviewer. This stage typically takes up to two months to complete.
