Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to present a comprehensive digital transformation leadership model for innovative human resource management. By reviewing scientific articles and reliable sources published between 2022 and 2025, the characteristics of digital transformation leadership and innovative trends in human resource management have been identified and analyzed.
Finally, by presenting a model resulting from a systematic review, the challenges of this model have been identified and practical solutions have been provided for managers and leaders in this field.

By combining 10 key components, this model helps organizational leaders address the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation.
