The effect of artificial intelligence on the learning organization in girls' primary schools in district 4 of Tehran

Abstract :
The general aim of the current research was to investigate the impact of artificial intelligence on the learning organization in girls' primary schools in District 4 of Tehran in the academic year of 2014-2014. Descriptive research method is correlation. The statistical population includes all principals of girls' public elementary schools in District 4 of Tehran, so the entire statistical population (43 women) was considered as a sample. To collect research data, two artificial intelligence questionnaires by Chen et al. (2022) and the learning organization questionnaire based on Peter Senge's perspective (2001) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using face and content validity, its reliability was also calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the reliability of artificial intelligence and learning organization was estimated at 0.96 and 0.98, respectively. In order to analyze the data, including mean, standard deviation, Kalmograph Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test, regression and Durbin-Watson test were used. The results showed that artificial intelligence has a significant effect on the learner's organization. The learning organization and its dimensions have a positive and significant effect on artificial intelligence at the level of 0.001. This relationship between the dimensions of artificial intelligence with the learning organization and its components was also confirmed. Also, the components of artificial intelligence were able to predict the learning organization, among the components of artificial intelligence, decision-making based on artificial intelligence and infrastructures of artificial intelligence significantly increased the ability to predict the learning organization.
