Abstract :
Background and Purpose:Research has shown that the job satisfaction of employees is one of the most controversial issues in organizational studies and sociology of organizations. Various studies on the factors affecting job satisfaction have not yet reached a definitive conclusion in this regard. On the other hand, the concept of social capital has become widely accepted as the resources and rewards people receive through social relationships, but little research has been done on the effect of social capital on job satisfaction. This study examines the relationship between social capital and stress caused by organizational factors and job satisfaction among employees of Golestan Medical Sciences Organization.Methodology: The research method in this descriptive-survey research is correlation. The statistical population of this study is all employees of Golestan Medical Science Organization of 270 people. The sample size was based on stratified random sampling method using Krejcie and Morgan table. , 159 people. The data gathering tool in this research was a questionnaire. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was all questionnaire questionnaire above 0.7. SPSS software was used to analyze the data.
