Abstract :
The aim and Context: In today's rapidly changing environment, recognizing and evaluating organizational culture, as appropriate context to make organizational changes, plays a key role in the successful implementation of organizational improvement programs. The aim of study is to provide a quantitative-qualitative approach to pathology organizational culture. Methodology: The method of study is mixed method(quantitative and qualitative). The study population consisted of staff and experts in the field of defense. For the determine the gap between current and desired organizational culture, the tool was used., Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI)(the quantitative part) and to determine the causes of the gap and pathology were used of interviews and analysis methods by SQR NVivo10 (the qualitative part).Results and Conclusion: The results showed that the highest gap is related to two quarters Clan and hierarchy. to and determine the reasons for gaps, used qualitative method and interviews and And damage related each quarter are identified and recommendations were presented .this study suggests that in order to improve planning to make the appropriate changes in organizational culture, First, using quantitative methods to identified of cultural gaps and then In order to identify the causes of these cultural gaps, qualitative methods used.
