Abstract :
One of the most important factors for the success of organizations is the completion of the human resources development cycle. In this regard, attention to human dignity and the use of technology for greater productivity should be considered by organizational managers. Organizations, using technology, seek to maximize the benefits of new platforms and new technologies to ensure profit, quality of service provision, and survival. The research method is qualitative and based on grounded theory. The Strauss and Corbin method was used to conduct the analysis. The research community consists of research literature and experts in the field of human resources in some universities of medical sciences in Tehran. The interviews were conducted based on purposive sampling until theoretical saturation was reached, and finally 12 interviews were analyzed using MaxQuda software. Two management experts confirmed the validity of the interviews by reviewing the findings. The reliability and trustworthiness of the interviews were also confirmed using the intra-subject agreement method. The findings show that information technology and cyberspace are among the most important intervening factors. In both categories, the speed of change is high and they are very effective in improving processes and optimizing resources. Cost reduction, time saving, reduction of human error, facilitation of processes and elimination of physical boundaries are some of the benefits of utilizing technology. .
