Abstract :
The emergence and rapid development of information and communication technologies has led to fundamental changes in educational strategies and the use of newer methods such as e-learning systems and has turned it into an important educational tool, so that many organizations use these systems as a main component. They have put their plans. The current research is trying to analyse the results obtained in the level of user satisfaction by evaluating the services of the electronic education system of the National Copper Industries Company of Iran. For this purpose, the descriptive-correlation research method was used to conduct the research and the researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the information. The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using two methods of content validity and construct validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated by Chronbach’s alpha, and the results indicate the confirmation of the questionnaire. have used electronic Student's t-test was used to examine the dimensions of the research variables, confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate construct validity, and structural equation model was used to test the hypotheses raised in the research.
