Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the marketing status of information technology education for women in Mazandaran province. The study population included information related to all women who received information technology education in the technical and vocational education department of the province. Mazandaran passed from 2013 to 96, using data from the consulting and employment tracking unit of the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education in Mazandaran to monitor the information of trained women in the field of information technology. Next, using the opinions of 50 experts from the Department of Labor and Expert Professors, SWOT analysis was conducted to marketing information technology education for women in Mazandaran province. The research findings were presented with consideration of the internal and external factors evaluation matrix; 2 main strategies along with 4 policies; these strategies include: Strategy 1: Develop new IT-based training courses Policy 1: Define new IT courses for women Policy 2: Developing a Short Course in Information Technology in Mazandaran Strategy 2: Developing Internet Business Culture and Education Policy 3: Job market definitions of information technology in first and second grade textbooks Policy 4: Pay special attention to information technology entrepreneurship courses Policy 5: Broadcast support for women entering the IT market
