Studying the Effect of Alavi Culture on Islamic Business Ethics with the Mediating Role of Managers' Philosophical Mindset

Abstract :

Today, organizations are successful and can continue to exist in a highly competitive world that constantly apply new thoughts and ideas in the organization, and this is possible by managers with a philosophical mindset. In this culture, it has a different nature and face, which has displayed these differences in different ways in the context of time, the most obvious of which in the context of time is the Alavi administration with the practical model of the administration of Amir al-Mu'minin (PBUH) and the Umayyad administration with the administration of Muawiyah; Therefore, by weakening the level of religiosity, the ground for reducing adherence to business ethics may be provided. The present study is descriptive-correlation based on the applied purpose and based on the nature and method. In the analysis of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results, the data distribution was not normal, based on the analysis of data, Smart PLS software was used. The results showed that the conceptual model has a good fit. Also, to examine the research hypotheses, the path coefficient and statistical value of t were used, which were all confirmed, and we concluded that attention to Alavi culture can have a positive and significant effect on Islamic business ethics. On the other hand, having a philosophical mindset can strengthen this relationship. Slowly In fact, any person who is open-minded is sensitive to new perceptions, has the power of concentration, and can relate different perceptions, has a philosophical mindset, and uses a kind of teachings and elements intertwined with the authority of Islam. And based on that, Islamic business ethics will be identified.
