Abstract :
The rights of the environment as an individual and collective right to be influenced by the evolution of the broader spectrum of people must be accepted and pursued in the form of national and global obligations. In this way, governments can govern a community of citizens through laws and regulations and management and planning, universities and colleges in the field of extensive educational activities and effective research. Environmental action in the form of sustainable behavior in citizens. We must point out with all certainty that the value and importance of the environment and its related rights are values that have nothing to do with nationalism in terms of its universality. In fact, there is constant real value-for-money and generation after generation. In this article, we attempt to discuss the behavior of citizenship and the environment, the important steps in behavioral sustainability in maintaining a healthy environment, and the dominant practices around the acceptance and encouragement of citizens to ecological citizenship, as well as the evolution of environmental laws. And it was mentioned internationally.
