Factors such as rapid growth, lack of arable land and open spaces, housing shortages, growing social inequality, weak local identity process, spatial and social life, are serious threats to livability and social. The main purpose of this study is to measure the dimensions affecting urban viability in Mehr city using structural equation modeling. In other words, in this study, the effect of some socio-cultural, economic, environmental, physical and managerial indicators on the urban viability of Mehr city has been investigated. The present research is methodologically applied according to the objectives of the subject and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. The sample size was determined according to the population of the mentioned cities and using the Cochran's formula of 350 people and was done by simple random sampling method. Finally, the information was processed using SPSS software and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using structural equations and AMOS software. According to the results, in Mehr city, economic factors with a beta coefficient of / 95. It has the greatest impact on viability in the studied cities.
