Abstract :
City Safety is one of the most basic assumptions of the international community is human-centered planning; The passive defense against the dominant patterns of urban risk is the most important strategies to secure urban areas. The importance of research and development approach - a combination of research methods applied and descriptive - analytical study was conducted in the cities of Ahwaz. In this context, in order to achieve the research objectives of the 32 variables, physical and social indicators have been used. Ahvaz metropolitan areas vulnerable situation from the perspective of passive defense is determined. Finally, the analysis and the theory of relations gray with Vikor model (GRA) and Software GIS, Visio, Grafer, SPSS and EXCEL done. In the present study, 2 of the 6 metropolitan Ahvaz has been the highest and the lowest vulnerability. percent, the highest rate of damage in 6 of passive defense approach has been. And the GRA-VIKOR model number of the physical body at least equal to 0.166 percent of the region's 2 cities of Ahvaz. It should be noted in this study to determine the influence of each index was determined first vulnerability.
