    Ethical Considerations for Authors

    Authorship Criteria

Each author listed on the article must have contributed to one or more of the following:

    • Designing the research, collecting or analyzing data, and interpreting results.

    • Writing the article or providing substantial revisions.

    • Giving final approval for publication.

In general, authors must have made a significant contribution to the planning and writing of the article and be able to take responsibility for relevant sections of the content.

    Changes in Author Information

Once the article is accepted and in the publication phase, adding new authors or changing the responsibility of authors is not allowed. If an author wishes to be removed from the author list, a letter signed by the author and other co-authors must be submitted, indicating their desire to be removed from the list.

Any changes in the order of authors must be supported by a letter signed by all authors agreeing to the change.

Terms and Conditions for Article Submission

Adhering to basic research and writing principles is essential, and articles must be written and formatted according to the journal's guidelines.

Before submission, all authors must read and understand the journal's author guidelines and terms and conditions for submission.

The corresponding author must confirm the consent and awareness of the other authors regarding the terms and conditions of this journal through the author commitment form.

All authors listed in the manuscript and commitment form should have made acceptable contributions to writing and preparing the article.

Acknowledgments and author affiliations should be included in the manuscript, and any conflicts of interest between authors or organizations should be disclosed.

To support peer review processes, eligible authors are invited to participate in reviewing other manuscripts for this journal.

Authors should clearly report any research sponsorship (if applicable).

Authors are required to notify the editor promptly if they notice any errors or inaccuracies in their published article to correct or retract the article.

All submitted articles are checked for academic misconduct using plagiarism detection software (Hamayab).

Authors must properly and appropriately cite all sources they directly or indirectly used.

During the submission process, throughout the review and preparation for publication, the corresponding author is responsible for communicating with the journal and its staff, ensuring all journal administrative requirements are met (e.g., adhering to submission terms, responding to reviewer comments, submitting necessary forms).

During the peer review process, the corresponding author must promptly respond to the editor's inquiries and cooperate with the journal after publication if necessary.

    Necessary Forms for the Journal

Authors are required to complete two forms (Commitment Form and Conflict of Interest Form) and upload them along with their article.

    • [Commitment Form]

    • [Conflict of Interest Form]

    Article Formatting Guide

Researchers submitting their articles for publication must follow the below guidelines:

At least two files should be uploaded for submission, including the commitment and conflict of interest forms.

    1. The first file must consist of two pages. The first page should include the article title, the full name of the author(s) (with the corresponding author clearly specified), academic rank, university or institution, mobile phone number, and email. The second page should contain the same details in English.

    2. The second file should contain the full article (title, abstract, introduction, and English abstract) without any author names or identifying information. The structure of the article should follow the template below:

    • First page: Title, English abstract, and English keywords.

    • Second page: Title, abstract (max 250 words), and keywords (max 5) in Persian.

    • Third page onward: Use the following main section titles (minimize the use of subheadings as much as possible):

      • Introduction

      • Theoretical Background and Literature Review

      • Research Hypotheses

      • Research Methodology

      • Research Results

      • Discussion and Conclusion

      • References

    1. The article should be typed using Microsoft Word on A4 paper. The font and size should follow these specifications:

    • Page margins: 3.5 cm from the top, and 2.5 cm from the right, left, and bottom.

    • Persian text (article, abstract, keywords) should use B Nazanin font at size 13.

    • English text should use Times New Roman font at size 12, and the English title at size 14.

    • Main section titles in B Nazanin, bold, size 13.

    • Table and figure titles in B Nazanin, bold, size 11.

    • Table content in B Nazanin, size 11.

    • Author names and addresses in B Nazanin, bold, size 11.

    • English references in Times New Roman, size 12.

    1. Tables should appear close to the related text. In the article's body, reference table numbers and figures. The numbers in tables should be in Persian and use a slash (/) for decimal points.

    2. If the article contains models or images, these should be drawn within Word and within the specified margins. Models should be drawn directly by the author in Word, and screenshots or graphics from software should not be pasted into the article.

    3. Latin terms and specific terms should be footnoted at the bottom of each page. The footnote text should be in Times New Roman font, size 9. For footnotes:

    • After the number, place a period, followed by a space, and then the description.

    • Use "&" between authors' names in footnotes.

    1. Writing rules:

    • Avoid unnecessary spaces before punctuation marks.

    • Use non-breaking spaces in multi-word expressions.

    • Avoid using first-person pronouns.

    • Use the appropriate symbol for decimal points in numbers.

    1. In the literature review section, do not place a separate title. It should continue as part of the theoretical background section: "Some studies related to this field are discussed below."

    2. In-text citations: If more than two authors are cited, use the first author’s surname followed by “et al.” and the publication year in parentheses, for example, (Ahmadi et al., 1390).

    3. References should follow the APA format. In-text citations should only include the surname and year, and the reference list at the end of the article should be alphabetical.

    4. All non-English references should also be included in English, with "In Persian" noted at the end.

    5. Hyperlinks should be included for all in-text and reference list citations, linking to the respective sources.

    6. References must be formatted correctly according to APA style, using Google Scholar’s citation tool for accuracy.

    7. The JEL classification should be included below the abstract, both in Persian and English, obtained from the following site: JEL Classification.

    8. Limitations and suggestions should be briefly included at the end of the discussion section, without a separate heading.

    9. The length of the article should not exceed 20 pages.

    10. The extended abstract should be in English, between 700-1000 words, and should cover the following sections:

    • Background and Purpose

    • Methodology

    • Findings

    • Discussion

A certificate of translation accuracy (from approved language centers) should be uploaded with the extended abstract.

    1. The file names for submissions should not include the authors’ names.

    2. If the article is revised based on reviewers' comments, the changes should be highlighted, and a summary letter should be prepared and uploaded along with the revised article.

    3. The article should not have been published or submitted simultaneously to other journals or conferences.

    4. The authors are responsible for the opinions expressed in their articles. Publication does not imply endorsement by the journal.

    5. The journal reserves the right to edit articles and remove some sections without altering the overall content.
