Abstract :
Nowadays, many studies of management science researchers have been directed towards work teams in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's activities. In such a way that the topic of teamwork has always been assigned a special place in the literature of transcendental organizations. The noteworthy point is the other side of this coin (escape from teamwork), which seems to have been less studied in researches. Therefore, this research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the cause and effect relationships as well as the impact and effectiveness of the calculated factors of escaping teamwork in the theoretical literature of various researches.Fuzzy DEMATEL technique was used in this research. It was used to collect data from the participants who were selected through purposive sampling. After identifying the factors affecting the escape from team work from the background of the subject, the Fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to analyze the situation of cause and effect relationships and also to determine the degree of influence and effectiveness among these factors.
