Abstract :
The present research studies the relationship between the managers leadership styles and schools organizational health. Two statistical population following two statistical samples (managers and teachers) are introduced here the statistical population of the research includes managers and teachers of Mashhad seven district schools. The statistical sample includes 306 people consisting of 51 managers and 255 teaches, for measuring all. Research variable questionnaires are used as follows: Questionary no 1: LPC questionary which is prepared on the basis of the theory of fielders exigency in order to determine the managers leadership styles form the view point of the manager. Questionary 2: OHI questionary which is prepared on the basis of the theory of parsoonz in order to identify the level of the schools organizational health form the view point of the teachers. The results showed that there is a direct and meanistul relationship between the managers leadership styles and schools organizational health. It also showed a direct and meanigful relationship between the relation orientation leadership styles and schools organizational health level whereas, there was a reverse relationship between the week relation and duty-orientation leadership style and organizational health level. So it can be said thal those mangers who use relation-orientation leadership style haue schools with high organizational health in comparison with managers who use weak relation and duty- orientation leadership style. In the present research more than lalf of the schools hane relation-orientation leadership style and possess high organizational health. Only a few schools haue team leadership team leadership style and duty-orientation leadership style.
