The relationship between portfolio diversification (stock portfolio) and performance in private banks is a question that private banks always face and is one of the daily and important issues that they must answer. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between portfolio diversity (stock portfolio) and the performance of selected private banks in Iran (including: Pasargad Banks, Karabharani Banks, Ekhtaz Novin Banks, Sina Banks and Parsian Banks). For the time period under study, it is 2016-2018. This research is applied in terms of research strategy, descriptive in terms of purpose, and comparative in terms of research approach. Also, this research is correlational in terms of investigation, organizational in terms of analysis, and cross-sectional in terms of time horizon. In this research, the generalized econometric method of moments (GMM) is used to estimate the models for analysis using Stata software. The results of the model estimation showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between bank-specific variables (asset return rate, interest rate). On the other hand, the results showed that there is no significant relationship between the amount of loans granted to the total assets of banks and the annual growth rate of assets. Also, based on the results of the research, the rate of return on the rights of the shareholders, the value of the shares to the total assets has a negative and significant effect on the diversification of the portfolio. The purpose of this article was to provide a dynamic and dynamic model to explain how to transfer the pervasive risk of cryptocurrencies in the world markets. In this regard, the statistical information of the cryptocurrency market index and the data of the Nasdaq, New York, Toronto, London, Frankfort, Madrid, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Mumbai stock market indices were used. In this research, the data related to the cryptocurrency market and financial markets from July 2012 to July 2022 have been used. In the first part of this study, using the information of the period 2012-2022, based on the frequency of monthly data for the financial markets, the comprehensive risk criterion has been calculated using the method of value at risk, conditional interval and expected loss. In the second part, using multivariate conditional heteroscedastic variance autocorrelation method (MGARCH), the external effects related to pervasive risk related to cryptocurrency were estimated on financial markets. The obtained results indicate that there are spillover effects between financial markets and an increase in pervasive risk in each of the financial markets leads to an increase in pervasive risk in other financial markets. Marketing has a high place and importance in today's world economy, and various researches and surveys are being conducted in the field of marketing, especially the marketing of agricultural products and medicinal plants. The current research is designed with the aim of discovering the mental pattern of elites, specialists, professors and senior managers in the field of agriculture and marketing in Iran regarding the development of marketing of agriculture and medicinal plants. The method of the present research is mixed and interpretative and exploratory and using the grounded theory technique. In the qualitative part, the statistical population includes elites, professors and senior managers in the field of agriculture, the Ministry of Health, and the Chamber of Commerce and Marketing of Medicinal Plants, who use sampling method. An in-depth interview was conducted with 15 people and the theory building process reached theoretical saturation with 15 interviews. Data analysis was done by using Strauss and Corbin coding method and in quantitative analysis, 9 variables obtained from the qualitative model were considered as hypotheses and inferences and were tested with Pearson correlation coefficient and then indexed in a model. T three stages of coding with more than 108 meaningful propositions, 211 corresponding concepts, 23 subcategories, 9 main categories, and one core category. And quantitative results were also confirmed with structural tests. Finally, it is suggested that the training of skilled, expert and efficient human resources should be done by specialists and senior managers in all fields of agricultural marketing and medicinal plants. The issue of employment and manpower in general has always been one of the main concerns of economic policy makers.Achieving economic development and creating employment in the country requires using all available economic potentials in various sectors. The cooperative sector is no exception to this situation. One-dimensional attitude towards economic sectors causes the sterility of environmental capabilities in resource efficiency. Therefore, it should be noted that economic development in any land depends on efficiency, integration and optimal combination between economic sectors (agriculture, industry and services). In this study, using two models of basic economy and regional economy, shifting the share and using the population and housing census statistics of 2011 and 2016 to investigate the causes of proportional or disproportionate growth of employees in Kermanshah province compared to the whole country and determine the basic economic sectors. In Kermanshah province and determining the share of employment in the cooperative sector in the basic parts of the province has been studied. The results show the disproportionate growth of employees in Kermanshah province compared to the country's employees in the period under review and the model of change analysis of the causes of this disproportion expresses competitive and structural changes as negative. Estimation of the basic economy model also identifies the agricultural and service sectors and the building sub-sector as basic sectors.Changes in share change coefficients over time indicate the rapid and unbalanced growth of the service sector in the province and indicate a decrease in the advantage of the industrial sector and an increase in the advantage of the agricultural sector in attracting employees.
