Abstract :
Housing is one of the basic needs of every human being. In different countries, governments have taken comprehensive measures and plans in the field of providing housing for different classes, especially the low-income classes. During the last few years, in order to respond to the legal and customary expectations in the field of housing for low-income groups, the government has adopted the policy of construction of housing. Therefore, the aim of this research is the analysis and pathology of Mehr housing in the new city of Parand. In terms of method, the present research is descriptive-analytical and has a developmental-applicative nature. The required data were collected using library studies and questionnaires. In this research, in order to better examine the status of urban planning criteria in the studied area, a one-sample T-test was used. Based on this test, the value of -19.8645 was lower than the average of the averages, and this shows that the respondents, in general, the status of the criteria They do not evaluate urban planning in self-positive phases. In order to evaluate and level the indicators of urban planning in Mehr Parand city housing, the ELECTRE method has been used. Investigations show that in the phases of Parand city, the evaluated indicators are different at the level of phases, as Phases 3 and 5 have the most compatibility with urban planning indicators and are desirable, and phases 4 and 6 have a weak position in terms of compatibility with urban planning
