Abstract :
Many organizations and industries try to implement green management properly with the aim of survival and achieving sustainable development. Green human resource management is one of the basic pillars of green management. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing its dimensions. The research is applied. Data collection was done in two stages. First, using the research literature and the opinions of 20 experts who were selected by purposive sampling, the dimensions of green human resource management were identified. Then, 11 approved dimensions were examined as a pairwise comparison to each dimension using Expert Choice software. The results of the evaluation showed that the green education dimension with a weight percentage of 0.145 has the highest priority and the green support dimension with a weight percentage of 0.021 has the lowest priority. The degree of incompatibility was 0.007, which indicates the acceptable compatibility of pairwise comparisons. The results of this study help the gradual implementation of green human resources according to the importance and priority of each dimension and in accordance with the planning of the organization.
