Abstract :

the purpose of this study is to present a model of organizational excellence in the volleyball federation of the Islamic republic of iran.the present study is paradigmatic in terms of the type of pragmatism researc in terms of the rese arch approach mixedh from the strategic of view in the first part of the hidden content analysis and in the guan titative part of the descviptive -survey.the sampleof research in the first part were 15 experts in the field of organizational excellence and sports management and the second part were employees coaches and referees of the volleyball federation of the eslamic republic of iran. after analyzing the content of the basics and models of organizational excellence in from of closed and open guestionnaire the researcher placed the in dicators and organizational ex cellen of the organization in the form of fuzzy delphimethod.the purpost of this stady is to present a model....
