Abstract :
In order to evaluate the effect of polyamines putrescine, spermidine and spermine on the growth performance, the essential oil amount and composition of moldvian balm. An experiment design was applied in a randomizedcomplete black with three replications useing of three centralization polyamines putrescine, spermidine andspermine in Tabriz. Given the ecological situation the regian for production for this plant can be usedpolyamines as a sourceof organic and normal to raisie essential oil. Traits measured in this study including washigh, wet and dry weight, amount and composition essential oil. The essential oil composition of moidaviancultivars analyzed by GC/MS. The results of this study showed that polyamines have effect on the growthperformance, the essential oil amount and compostion in this plant was significant. Also besed on thecomparison examination show the highest growth performance treatment with spermine and the maximumamount of essential oil extract the highest in treatment with spetmidine. In addition quanlity and quanity theessential oil were under the effect of different treatments polyamines. As the important compound were obtainedgeranial, E-citral, Z-citral, geranial, geranyl acetate, neral. The highest percentage of polyamine s differentconcentration. Since the plant has been widely used less oil. This study was conducted to enhance theperformance of growth and essential oil Dracocephalum moldavicaL that according to the performance andessential components in the plant increased.
