Abstract :
Pest control in modern agriculture includes treatment of crops pre-and post-harves with a variety of chemicals such as insecticides. Our study comprised the determination of two pesticides Diazinon and Endosulfan residue content in mushrooms )Agaricus bisporus).Sampling was done random and dierect from our market taken and production sites inTehran. The extraction procedure was done in solid phase extraction method (SPE) ,then extracts were dried and after solving with small amount of organic solvents . The pesticides residues were determined by GC/MS (Gas Chromatography with Mass Specterometry) and GC .after analyzing the results from chromatogram peaks ,detected: 60percent samples contained the residue of Diazinon .In 30 percent of ,Diazinon residue was over of MRL(Maximum Residue Limits).40persent samples contained the residue of Endosulfan. In 10 persent of,Endosulfan residue was over of MRL The recovery test showed 83/5 % for Diazinon and 79%for Endosulfan.
