The effect of different levels of salinity stress on the protein patterns changes of barley plant inoculated with the Glomus fasciculatum fungi, pre-treated with salinity

Abstract :
Mycorrhiza fungus plays a key role in the resistance of plants against environmental stresses and salinity stressamong the environmental stresses is an acute problem. One way to understand the plants' ability to deal withenvironmental stress is investigation and identifies changes that due to the stress effect at levels of specificproteins were obtained.This study in order to investigate the interaction effect between Glomus fasciculatumfungi, pre-treated with amounts of 0, 25, 50 and 100 mM salt and salinity on the barley plant at different levelsof 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mM, on the protein patterns changes by using of SDS-page technique is conducted.The first factor was mycorrhiza pre-treatment with different amounts of salt at levels of 0, 25, 50 and 100 mMand the second factor was the applying of salinity on the barley plant at levels of 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mM.After the end of treatment, plants to investigate the protein patterns changes by using of SDS-page gelelectrophoresis methods and the painting by Laemmli 1970 relevant method were survived. The survey results ofthe protein patterns changes showed that plant proteins pattern under stress with control plants has a significantdifference and according to strengthened bands or emerging new bands on SDS-page gel in related to the plantsunder stress in comparing with control to deal with salinity stress, the production of some proteins was increasedor some proteins recently was created. According to the proteins molecular weight that has been identified invarious plants and obtained bands range on gel electrophoresis can be detected approximately evaluated plantproteins. Such as proteins called stress with molecular weight 67.32 KDa, a protein called β- (3-1) glucanase GVwith KDa 34.41 weight, osmotin with 26 KDa weight and Jermaine 26 KDa that in the bands range isstrengthened a protein called catalase 1 with 56.58 KDa weight and 6-phospho gluconate dehydrogenase with51.58 KDa weight which are emerged in the new bands range is observed
