The effect of Aloe vera extract and latex on Two Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus urinary tract infection

Abstract :

Background: Due to the spread of drug resistance, the use of medicinal plants has been of interest to researchers.In this project the effect of Aloe vera Barbadnsys Miller of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiellapneumoniae isolated from patients have been studied.Methods: A total of 50 types of bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae were collected fromclinic Sara.. and Stokes. Extract Aloe vera Barbadnsys Miller with maceration method was completely sterile.Antimicrobial evaluation in three ways microplate dilution MIC, creating wells and Kirby Bayr took dyskdiffusion. Aloe vera Barbadnsys Miller was extracted by maceration method.Results: The diameter of inhibition zone three antibiotics Cotrimoxazole, Amoxicillin and Penicillin Antibioticmeasured using the extract of Aloe vera Barbadnsys Miller after measuring the minimum inhibitoryconcentration methods, Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion were recorded.Conclusion: K.p and S.a more resistance to extract showed a concentration of 286 mg/ml and a diameter of 1mm to create growth rate. K.p zone of growth inhibition compared to the Amx, P and Sxt respectively. 6.64 -5.14 -4.5 mm, respectively. S.a zone of growth inhibition compared to the Amx, P and Sxt created 6.72 -4.92 -4.4 mm, respectively.
