Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of inclusive leadership and environmental organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of relational silence. The present study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of correlational data collection. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all the employees of the universities of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces in the number of 2200 people, of which 327 people were selected as a sample through the stratified random sampling method through Morgan's table. The research tools were Carmeli et al.'s comprehensive leadership questionnaire (2010), Boyeral and Pilleh's environmental organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire (2012) and Brinsfield's relational silence questionnaire (2013). Validity was confirmed from the necessary terms, and on the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method as 0.85, 0.86, and 0.87, respectively, and data analysis was done using structural equation modeling. The findings showed that inclusive leadership has a positive effect on environmental organizational citizenship behavior, and its effect coefficient was 0.66, and relational silence played a role as a mediating variable in the relationship between inclusive leadership and environmental organizational citizenship behavior
