Abstract :
Women as half of human resources, could play an important role in economic growth in a way that would satisfy the needs of their families, the society can benefit from their expertise.Therefore, women should have the right to employment as one of the fundamental human rights without discrimination benefit. Non-discrimination can gender equality, the similarity of separatism among all the rights and duties of women and men in all domains and gender justice, the recognition of the rights and duties of the different, yet fair for women and men, according to they are meant to be natural features. In relation to employment, equal opportunities and social benefit from the redistribution of responsibilities in the context of gender justice, the spotlight is located. This article seeks to examine gender equality in the field of women's work is documentary, and in jurisprudence and legal analysis of the issue. The results show that in our society and on women's employment, equal opportunities between men and women does not exist. The legislator should seek to establish gender justice by eliminating patriarchal and gender views. the lack of differential and ambiguity penal legislation in some regulations and provisions has drawn the initiative of different views and practices that challenged the rights of working women on the basis of the standards of human rights.
