Presenting the development model of the cultural and social performance of the Iran Sports Federation

Abstract :
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to provide a model for the development of the cultural and social performance of the Iranian Sports Federation. Methodology: In terms of purpose, application, in terms of time, cross-sectional and in terms of data collection, the current research is among descriptive-correlational researches. The statistical population of this research was selected as available, and based on the fact that 19 final concepts were identified, the estimation of the analysis method was used to determine the sample size, and the sample size was considered equal to 285 people. It should be noted that 15 samples were considered for each parameter. The researcher-made tool used has 87 questions and was designed based on a 5-point Likert scale. Was. that the formal validity was confirmed by the professors and the construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and diagnostic model were used using SPSS software to check the research model. Findings: The results show that the most important variables, mental, physical and social factors, have an impact on the development of the cultural and social performance of the Iran Sports Federation, the results of the diagnostic analysis model show the significance of the whole function with regard to these variables. Conclusion: Physical education and sports as a source of positive changes during different periods such as childhood, adolescence and puberty can improve the general condition of people and create a lifelong learning process. People participating in sports are at a suitable level in terms of health and well-being, and they have suitable conditions mentally and spiritually.Sports and physical activity, including sports participation, is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Beyond the physical effects, this practice causes positive social and psychological consequences among people. Connecting people with physical activity and sports has positive effects on physical fitness, well-being and health.The development of public sports with a cultural approach can make people in the group and society turn to sports activities, and also on an individual scale, people should have the belief and attitude to participate in public sports activities.
