Drawing the mental map of sports managers from the concept of behavioral economics to promote the positive growth of youth

Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to draw a mental map of senior managers from the concept of behavioral economics in sports. In total, sixteen structures were extracted, which were the structures of "behavior in sports as a reference point" and "improving the social skills of young people" each with 11 frequencies. Improving health through sports participation" with 9 frequencies, "Competitive balance" with 8 frequencies and "Identifying social risks" with 7 frequencies, "Preferences in the sports market" with 5 frequencies and "Motivation" with 4 frequencies as the main structures. They were identified in the consensus map. Other structures were: national sports survey, recognition of educational needs in the field of sports, coverage of cognitive levels, coverage of emotional levels, coverage of psycho-motor levels of sports, updating training in sports, road map for sports success in the field of youth, acceptability The goals of an active lifestyle are to believe in the importance of commitment to youth in sports. Also, the social map showed that "improving health through sports participation", "behavior in sports as a reference point" and improving the social skills of youth" with 4, 1 and 3 outputs respectively, causal structures; And "identification of social risks", "competitive balance" and "preferences in the sports market" are disabled structures in the consensus map with 3, 3 and 2 entries, respectively.
