آینده نگاری و تبدیل بدیل‌ها و سناریوهای محتمل در زمینه آینده منابع انسانی در صنعت بانکداری هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات آینده‌پژوهی تحلیلی، است. از نظر نحوه گردآوری و نوع داده‌ها از نوع ترکیبی می‌باشد. در مرحله نخست پژوهش که مبتنی بر روش کیفی است، جامعه آماری کلیه خبرگان و صاحبنظران حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی (کارشناسان سازمانی و دانشگاهی) است که نهایتا 10 نفر به عنوان گروه خبره با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند یا قضاوتی برگزیده شدند. در مرحله کمی جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان بانک رفاه کارگران در استان تهران بزرگ تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از جدول تعیین حجم نمونه مورگان تعداد 338 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده در مرحله کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوای جهت دار و به صورت قیاسی و در ادامه مبتنی بر روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی به شیوه تطبیقی و در مرحله کمی با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت که نتایج تحقیق نشان داد الگوی استراتژی منابع انسانی سبز در بانک رفاه کارگران دارای سه سطح و دوازده مولفه می باشد که استراتژی‌های فردی شامل نگرش سبز، دانش سبز و انگیزش سبز، استراتژی‌های تیمی شامل مشارکت تیمی سبز، ایجاد تیم‌های سبز، رهبری تیمی سبز، درگیرسازی تیمی سبز و استراتژی‌های سازمانی شامل جذب و استخدام سبز، آموزش و توسعه سبز، مدیریت عملکرد سبز، انضباط سبز و محیط کاری سبز می‌باشد. Today, small and medium-sized enterprises account for an important part of the global l l economy, and due to its positive effects, many governments attempt to develop and support small and medium-sized enterprises. Thus, perceiving the factors affecting the development of these businesses is of crucial importance. The present study seeks to examine the effect of financing components on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the petrochemical industry. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. The statistical population of this study consists of the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in the petrochemical industry. The questionnaires are distributed among 39 managers of the relevant field. The validity of the research instrument is calculated using the confirmatory factor analysis model and its reliability is calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis is performed using SPSS and SMART PLS software with descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling. We find that the cultural environment has a significant effect on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the petrochemical industry. Also, the research results indicate that the components of low power distance, individualism, low uncertainty avoidance, long-term orientation and masculinity have a positive impact on the development of small and medium sized enterprises in the petrochemical industry. Educational and skill components can lead to the development of small and medium sized enterprises in the petrochemical industry by facilitating business processes. Manuscript profile
