هدف این تحقیق بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت تعارض در بانک کشاورزی می باشد. این تحقیق ازنوع توصیفی- همبستگی می باشد. کارکنان بانک کشاورزی شهر تهران به عنوان جامعه آماری این تحقیق انتخاب شدند(1200=N) و با استفاده از نمونه گیری تصادفی 291 کارمند به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. روایی ابزار پژوهش از طریق اعضای هیأت ترویج و کشاورزی دانشگاه ساری به دست آمد. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق پیش آزمون و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 87/0 محاسبه گردید. متغیر وابسته مدیریت تعارض و متغیرهای مستقل عوامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، مدیریتی و آموزشی- ترویجی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل اقتصادی به تنهایی 19 درصد از تغییرات سبک کنترل مدیریت تعارض، عوامل آموزشی- ترویجی و عوامل اقتصادی مشترکا" 6/5 درصد از تغییرات سبک همکاری مدیریت تعارض، عوامل اجتماعی و عوامل اقتصادی مشترکا" 2/24 درصد از تغییرات سبک اجتناب مدیریت تعارض، عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل آموزشی- ترویجی و عوامل اجتماعی، جمعاً 9/18 درصد از تغییرات سبک گذشت مدیریت تعارض و عوامل مدیریتی و عوامل آموزشی- ترویجی مشترکا" 23 درصد از تغییرات سبک مصالحه مدیریت تعارض را تبیین نموده اند. The aim of this study was analysis of rural tourism development (RTD) in Iran by exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The research population consisted of all the experts of Organization of Tourism in Mazandaran Province (N=105), which was selected using the census method. The validity of the instrument was established by a panel of experts consisting of senior faculty members in the tourism department, and research committee advisors. The reliability of the survey instrument concluded the Cronbach alpha coefficient for all the variables with a degree scale of 0.84. Using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), five factors were discovered with components and their factor loading. The five factors were labeled (1) infrastructure factor, (2) economic factor, (3) social factor, (4) management factor and (5) cultural factor.
