One of the most important preconditions for achieving development in all countries is the use of all available facilities and resources, including women. Women have an effective role in society and the family and can take on serious and important responsibilities in achieving sustainable development. Realizing the importance of this issue, every country should strive to remove cultural, social, political, and economic barriers to women's participation to achieve the growth and prosperity of society in all areas. Due to the importance of political socialization and the role of women in society, this study was conducted as a survey in a target community consisting of 8763 female education staff in Ahvaz. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, variance and frequency tables, and inferential statistics such as the Pearson correlation test. Findings show that there is a significant relationship between women's political socialization and self-confidence (r=0/158, p<0.01). Therefore, it can be said that women's lack of self-confidence is one of the obstacles to political socialization. Manuscript profile

Since women always make up half of the world's population, addressing their role in the development process of society is of great importance. According to official statistics, women make up half of the population of Iran, i.e. 49% of the society. It is not possible to achieve the goals of comprehensive growth and development in the country, except by using all social forces, including women. In this regard, a survey research has been conducted in the target community consisting of 8763 cultural women of Ahvaz city. The resulting data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, variance and frequency tables as well as inferential statistics such as Pearson's correlation test. According to the grouping of the sample, the largest age group, including 92% of the sample, was under 81 years old. To check the natural distribution of the data, multivariate regression was used in the backward method. The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, variance and frequency tables as well as inferential statistics such as Pearson's correlation test. The research findings show that there is an inverse relationship between patriarchy and women's political socialization.

جامعه‌پذیری سیاسی زنان ، در عرصۀ سیاست و تصمیم گیری، نقش مهمی در توسعه و نوسازی هر کشور دارد و با درک اهمیت این موضوع، هر کشوری باید تلاش کند که موانع فرهنگی و اجتماعی و سیاسی و اقتصادی مشارکت زنان را رفع کند تا زمینۀ دست یابی به رشد و شکوفایی جامعه در همۀ عرصه ها فراهم آید با توجه به اهمیت جامعه پذیری سیاسی و نقش زنان در جامعه، این پژوهش به صورت پیمایشی در جامعه هدفی متشکل از ۸۷۶۳ نفر از زنان فرهنگی شهرستان اهواز انجام شده است. داده های حاصل با استفاده روش های آمار توصیفی همچون میانگین، انحراف معیار، واریانس و جداول فراوانی و همچنین آمار استنباطی همانند آزمون همبستگی پیرسون تجزیه و تحلیل شده‌اند. برای بررسی پراکندگی طبیعی داده‌ها از رگرسیون خطی استفاده شده است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان و متغیر جامعه پذیری جنسیتی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. ضریب همبستگی بین آنها 138/0می باشد و سطح معناداری آنها نیز 05/0است. پس نتیجه می گیریم که جامعه پذیری جنسیتی متفاوت زنان ، از موانع جامعه‌پذیری سیاسی محسوب می شوند. افزایش سریع جمعیت و بالا رفتن نرخ شهرنشینی یکی از دغدغه‌های مقامات شهری برای مدیریت نخاله‌های ساختمانی و تخریب است. این پسماندهای جامد منجر به تخریب خاک، هوا و توده‌های آبی شده و خطرات جدی برای سلامتی انسان به همراه دارد. مطالعه حال حاضر بر روی ترکیب رویکرد مدل AHP با GIS جهت مکانیابی بهینه سایت دفن نخاله‌های ساختمانی و تخریب در شهرستان هفتکل (استان خوزستان) تمرکز دارد. در این پژوهش به کمک نظر کارشناسان خبره، استفاده از 3 گروه معیار اصلی، 12 زیرمعیار و نیز بهره‌مندی از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فرآیند مکانیابی صورت گرفت. به کمک نرم افزار Expert Choice مقایسه معیارهای اصلی و زیر معیارها انجام شد و از سه گروه معیار اصلی، معیار موفولوژیکی با وزن 443/0 بیشترین وزن و در بین زیر معیارها شیب (800/0)، زمینشناسی (293/0)، فاصله از چاههای آب زیرزمینی (293/0) و فاصله از راهها (411/0) بیشترین وزن را بدست آوردند. اعمال وزن‌های بدست آمده بر روی هرکدام از لایه‌های معیار در نرم افزار ArcGIS به کمک دستور Weighted Sum صورت گرفت و نتیجه نهایی این تحقیق نشان داد که 27229.79 هکتار از اراضی شهرستان هفتکل در محدوده خیلی مناسب جهت احداث سایت دفن نخاله‌های ساختمانی و تخریب قرار دارد. مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف  بررسی موانع جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان فرهنگی  به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است.  مواد و روش­ها: جامعه آماری زنان فرهنگی شهرستان اهواز شامل ۸۷۶۳ نفر و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 368 نفر می باشد، که به عنوان نمونه تعیین شد و با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله‌ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفته­اند. داده­های این پژوهش با  ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخت جمع آوری شده­اند. برای تعیین اعتبار پرسشنامه از اعتبار صوری و برای تعیین پایایی آن از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی از طریق نرم افزار 18spss  ارائه شده است. یافته­ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد که بین جامعه پذیری سیاسی زنان و متغیرهای جامعه پذیری جنسیتی، ترجیحات ارزشی، خودباوری سیاسی و ساختار قدرت درخانواده پدری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. ضریب همبستگی بین آنها به ترتیب  138/0، 440/0، 158/0و 184/0- می باشد و سطح معناداری آنها نیز به ترتیب 05/0، 01/0، 01/0 و 01/0 است. بحث و نتیجه­گیری: نتیجه گرفته شد که جامعه پذیری جنسیتی متفاوت زنان ترجیحات ارزشی، خودباوری زنان و ساختار قدرت درخانواده پدری، از موانع جامعه­پذیری سیاسی محسوب می شوند.
