The statistical population of this research is tomato farmers and rural experts of the study area, 235 farmers and 20 sector experts were selected as the sample size using Cochran's formula, and 200 farmers' questionnaires were returned. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, which is 0/77 for the farmers' questionnaire and 0/71for the experts' questionnaire. In this research, EXEL and SPSS software were used for data analysis and GIS software has been used to prepare geographical location maps. The findings show that the hypothesis of Bilvar region has the potential for agriculture and horticulture has been rejected by the farmers and confirmed by the experts, and the agricultural hypotheses will increase the employment and reliable income of agriculture in the study area, and summer work, especially tomato cultivation in Achieving sustainable rural development has the greatest impact, confirmed by both groups. Rural areas have always played a significant role in the global economy by providing a variety of foods and raw materials. This role is much more prominent in developing countries. Rural development is also an important part of regional policies, covering agriculture, forestry, natural resource management, land use, and economic diversity in these areas. The present study focused on investigating rural development in rural areas of Islamshar County, Iran. Given the lack of productivity in this region and the fact thatthis county is so close to two metropolitan cities of Karaj and Tehran, it is necessary toexaminethe level of development of the villages in this county. Among various methods of ranking, the credit and point of rural development in this researchwere measuredbyAHP-basedTOPSIS, factoranalysis, and scale gram methods. Categorization by TOPSISandfactoranalysis revealed close results considering 27 criteria for the evaluation of choices. Scale gram analysis generally confirmed these results. Also, the overall results show that the economic factor derived from the factor analysis method and the agricultural factor derived from the AHPmethod wereacceptable. According to the viewpoint of the research population, many of the rural areasin the studied county were categorizedin "deprived" group. Manuscript profile

"Shahid Rajaei is a highly promising agro-industrial company for agricultural production in the Khuzestan region. The goal of this study is to investigate the challenges and factors hindering foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industry. To understand these challenges (including technical, economic, infrastructure, socio-cultural challenges, and policy-making as dependent variables), an Exploratory Factor Analysis was conducted. Additionally, their impacts on the level of foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industry (as the dependent variable) were tested through regression analysis. Based on the results, three independent variables - policy factor, technical factor, and infrastructure factor - have the most significant impact on the level of foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industry, explaining 53.5 percent of the variation in foreign investment level. These findings highlight the critical role of these factors in influencing the level of foreign investment in Shahid Rajaei's agro-industrial sector." Manuscript profile

Small-scale farmers face several obstacles to achieving small-scale integrated commercial agriculture. This study, in a descriptive-analytical method, investigates the barriers to small-scale integrated commercial agriculture. The statistical population involved all paddy farmers in Gilan province (N = 180106), that the sample size (n=422) was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table in stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a panel of experts, and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.89). Data analysis was performed by SPSS software and path analysis by Smart PLS software. The results of path analysis showed that the extension barriers have a direct effect on small-scale agriculture (β= 0.441) and integrated commercial agriculture (β= 0.401) and indirect effect on small scale integrated commercial agriculture (β = 0.541) and indirect (β = 0.91). According to the t value, the research hypothesis about extension barriers can be concluded that the effectiveness between independent and dependent variables is significant. Based on the results, the use of informed extension agents, reducing the non-extensional tasks of extension agents, and helping local organizations to reduce intermediaries are essential factors in removing obstacles to this type of agricultural system.
