Nowadays, with extending applications of bi-layer metallic sheets in different industrial sectors, accurate specification of each layer is very prominent to achieve desired properties. In order to predict behavior of sheets under different forming modes and determining rupture limit and necking, the concept of Forming Limit Diagram (FLD) is used. Optimization problem with objective functions and important parameters aims to find optimal thickness for each of Al3105-St14 bi-layer metallic sheet contributors. Optimized point is achieved where formability of the sheet approaches to maximum extent and its weight to minimum extent. In this paper, multi-objective Tabu search algorithm is employed to optimize the considered problem. Finally, derived Pareto front using Tabu search algorithm is presented and results are compared with the solutions obtained from genetic algorithm. Comparison revealed that Tabu search algorithm provides better results than genetic algorithm in terms of Mean Ideal Distance, Spacing, non-uniformity of Pareto front and CPU time. In automotive industry fixtures have a direct effect on product manufacturing quality, productivity and cost, as a result fixtures, particularly welding fixture, play a crucial role in the auto industry. The fixture is a special tool for holding a work piece in proper position during manufacturing operation, so in the phase of the fixture design process positioning pins and surfaces are used to make sure that the work piece is positioned correctly and remain in the same position throughout the operation. The less positioning surfaces leads to the less work piece deformation. The aim of this paper is to find optimal number of positioning surfaces using VIKOR method with Shanon entropy concept to extract and utilize objective weights. VIKOR, means multi-criteria optimization and compromise solution, is a modern approach that has preference over other MCDM methods. An empirical example is presented to demonstrate an application of mentioned method. Manuscript profile

Abstract:The objective of this study was to optimize the costs of health logistics in the studied system and to cope with the planned budget cuts for health and treatment for the studied system. The question was that; what was the most influential factor in increasing costs, which reduced the planned healthcare budget concerning the studied system? At first a number of variables were defined. Using one-way analysis of variance, we examined the costs in the 12 months of 2016, whether the total costs in the 12 months of 2016 were equal or not. Then, using the Fisher test investigated among the 12 months, which month (s) were the most expenditure; after that, it is important to determine what has caused this high costs. Finally, we presented a model for optimizing and reducing costs. For these cases, the design of experiments and the full factorial design were used. The results of one-way ANOVA showed that the total amount of costs in the 12 months of 2016 were not equal. Fisher test showed that the second and fifth months had the highest cost; also, design of experiments with full factorial method showed that the cost-increasing factors were orders, stockroom and demand, respectively. The term green supply chain management mainly refers to those concepts which integrate the sustainable environmental processes into the outmoded supply chain. This process can include product design, manufacturing, production, material sourcing, and end of life management. According to this definition, GSCM1refers to a wide range of products from product design by recycling or destroy. In this process, the products are passed through a cycle of life. For example, as same as human beings, they also pass through the cycle of life such as birth, maturity, and death. The product life cycle involves a degree of structure to the life of products, which provide the directions for the functional efforts to produce and deliver the product. The main question in this research is “what are the effective factors in the implementation of the green supply chaining of construction projects and what are their priorities?” In this study will define key internal operational influences influencing the management of the Green Supply Chain through an analysis of its literature and a compilation of expert opinions. In this paper, the network analysis process method was used to prioritize the factors affecting the green supply chain in the UAE. The results showed that external factors, binding factors, internal factors and management factors affect the promotion of green supply chain system, respectively. And can have a positive impact on pollution reduction, economic development, social development, quality development and social capital. Manuscript profile

5 - Identification and Prioritization of Optimal Places for locating urban hospitals by Combining the F-ANP, F-WASPAS methods, and GIS output in the ArcGIS Environment: Case Study: Arak City
Theory of Approximation and Applications , Issue 1 , Year , Spring 2020

Health-medical facilities are among the applications that, if incorrectly located, in addition to the economic and financial necessities that come with it, may lead to irreparable loss of life. Geographical location is a critical component of access to medical services. Therefore, the significance of the optimal and convenient location of this type of usage is multiplied. This study aimed to determine the hospital’s optimal locations and provide easy access, better service, customer and patient satisfaction, and public welfare to all segments of society in Iran, the Markazi province, and Arak city. For this purpose, a combination of Geographic Information System (GIS) output and integrated Analytic Network Process-Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (ANP-WASPAS) model in a fuzzy environment was used. First, effective criteria for locating the hospital were selected based on the literature, national standards and regulations, expert opinion, and the location and geographical conditions of the area. The criteria were then weighted by experts using the Fuzzy ANP (F-ANP) method. Then, according to the criteria and final weights, the desired maps were created in the ArcGIS software environment. The results were then combined using fie fuzzy operators. As a result, optimal and suitable locations for the hospital were introduced. Finally, using the Fuzzy WASPAS (F-WASPAS) method, the identified locations were prioritized. Manuscript profile

Recently, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has emerged as a new technology in the construction industry, which is gradually gaining popularity among stakeholders. Despite the importance of BIM, the literature review shows a gap in the evaluation of BIM applications in Iran. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to evaluate the applications of BIM in construction projects. Since the evaluation of the most appropriate option is a multi-criteria decision-making problem. Therefore, decision makers use preferences that are uncertain in evaluating options. Rough's theory, which is efficient in such conditions, is used. First, by using the concept of Rough's theory to transform the preferences of experts and the combined method of Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) and VIKOR, is used for evaluation. The results show that the proposed decision method is effective improved objectivity in BIM application evaluation under subjective condition. Manuscript profile

Human resource productivity is one of the main concerns in organizations. In total,100 factors According to on three main sources: 1- Opinions of experts and academic professors, 2- Using project technical documents, 3- Previous similar research studies and related scientific sources, were identified and categorized into four groups: plan human resource management, acquire project team, develop project team, and manage project team. Questionnaires were distributed among 103 members of the target population who were active construction contractors in Iran. The questionnaires were analyzed using two methods: Relative Importance Index (RII) and the Fuzzy Logic (FL). Ten factors that had the highest impact, based on the two methods, on HRP efficiency in the projects were identified and compared. The results of fuzzy logic and RII method showed that both methods were highly similar in terms of outcomes. In addition, the results indicated that “lack of proper communication between the technical office and workshop” was the most important factor based on the two techniques mentioned. In this paper, a system dynamic model (SDM) has been created to predict the construction status in Iran using sustainable development indicators (SDI). The aim is to create a model based on system dynamics that would understand the complexities of the sustainable development system, as well as predict the values of variables and indicators used in the model for years to come. Since sustainable development involves various economic, social, and environmental aspects, the model has been formulated Using ten-year available data in these areas. After that, the output results of the model have been validated with reference patterns, and then, various scenarios have been created for sensitivity analysis. Finally, based on this model, the construction status in the Next years has become predictable. According to the results of this study, there is a direct and significant relationship between the amount of Construction and other indicators of sustainable development, such as the share of women working in the non-agricultural sector and the literacy rate of men aged 15-24.
