Financial literacy and strategic development and understanding its concepts are of special importance to students. That is because the financial decisions made by them during the academic course has an important impact on their financial situation after graduating from school and university. The goal of the present research had been to present a framework to deploy and strategic development the continuous system of financial literacy in the high schools of Tehran. The method of study in this research is descriptive-surveying. After the extraction and the confirmation of the proper questionnaire, it was distributed among the students. The statistical population of this sector of research was the third year students of the second high-schools of Tehran. The findings imply that the triple aspects of the financial literacy of the students impact their field of study and the occupation of their parents. The results display that with the triple aspects of the financial literacy of the students, the amount of their field of study will be strongly low. And with the high amount of the triple aspects of the financial literacy of the students, the amount of their parent’s occupation will be strongly low. Manuscript profile

در دنیای امروز پیشرفت اقتصادی و اجتماعی جوامع به دلیل کمیاب بودن منابع، وابستگی شدیدی به استفاده برنامه‌ریزی شده و بهینه از منابع و امکانات دارد. روند افزایشی ضایعات در زنجیره تأمین یکی از چالش‌های اساسی اکثر کشورها به‌ویژه کشورهای درحال‌توسعه است. ازاین‌رو استفاده مطلوب از منابع و کاستن مقدار ضایعات نقشی کلیدی در جهت ارتقای بازدهی سازمان‌ها ایفا می‌کند. به همین منظور، در این پژوهش به دنبال ارائه الگوی راهبردی پویا برای کاهش ضایعات در زنجیره تأمین فراورده‌های نفتی در چارچوب تفکر سیستمی هستیم. این پژوهش در یک شرکت تولید محصولات پتروشیمی در یک بازه زمانی 20 ساله مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. در مدل ارائه شده با بهره‌گیری از نظرات خبرگان سازمان ابتدا 26 متغیر مدیریت دانش با روش‌های نگاشت شناختی فازی پالایش‌شده و میزان اهمیت هریک از آن‌ها مشخص می‌شود سپس با استفاده از مفاهیم پویایی سیستم‌ها اثر آن‌ها بر متغیرهای زنجیره تأمین در قالب نمودار علت و معلول سنجیده می‌شود. در نهایت با توجه به دیاگرام جریان و ارائه سناریوهای پیشنهادی، در انتهای بازه زمانی مورد مطالعه میزان ضایعات به میزان 45 درصد کمتر می‌شود که منجر به کاهش هزینه سیستم می‌گردد.
