    زمینه: امروزه دولت ها در سراسر جهان در حال نوسازی خدمات عمومی و روشهای ارائه آنها همراه با تعامل با شهروندان از طریق بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات هستند؛ دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز اقدامات اساسی از جمله ایجاد سازمان ملی فضای مجازی و خط مشی گذاری ذیل سیاستهای کلی نظام اداری صورت داده است.بر این اساس توسعه دولت الکترونیک که از محورهای خط مشی اصلاح نظام اداری است مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هدف: ارائه الگویی مفهومی از مفاهیم و مقولات توسعه دولت الکترونیک. روش ها: پارادایم تحقیق تفسیری است و با رویکردی استقرایی از استراتژی نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده شد تا علاوه بر داده های حاصل از بررسی متون و اسناد مربوطه، از نظرات کارشناسان و خبرگان امر نیز استفاده شود؛ به این ترتیب که با نمونه گیری گلوله برفی با 7 تن در 11 جلسه مصاحبه به عمل آمد. در این تحقیق از نرم افزار max qda یرای تجزیه تحلیل استفاده شده است. یافته ها: استخراج 10 مقوله پایه،54 مفهوم و تعیین روابط بین آنها در قالب یک الگوی مفهومی. نتیجه گیری: با ارتقاء کیفیت سیاست گذاری، تأمین منابع، سرمایه گذاری کارا و مؤثر به توسعه دولت الکترونیک سرعت داده و در این راستا تجربیات موفق سایر دولتها مد نظر قرار گیرد.     زمینه: در سالهای اخیر، صنعت بانکداری شاهد رقابت شدید توام با فرصتها و تهدیدهای زیادی بوده است. به طور مسلم هیچ بانکی نمیتواند ارائه دهنده تمامی خدمات ممکن باشد و در زمینه خدماتی که ارائه میدهد، بهترین باشد. هدف پژوهش: به همین منظور هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه مدل مناسبی برای بهبود خدمات بانکی بر اساس نظریه مم ها می باشد. روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر کاربردی بوده و روش آن توصیفی-پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه مشتریان بانک‌ها می باشند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 209 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی ساده می باشد. به منظور بررسی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت رفتار خدمات بانکی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و لیزرل تحلیل شده‌اند. نتایج پژوهش: نشان می دهد چهار عامل اخلاقی، خدمات رفاهی، مسئولیت پذیری و عوامل سازمانی بر مدیریت رفتار خدمات بانکی اثر معناداری می گذارند و به ترتیب دارای الویت‌های اول تا چهارم از دید مشتری می باشند.     Nowadays, organizational intelligence is very important in acquiring necessary information for making suitable decisions and gaining competitive benefits in active environments for generative corporations. So, the present study aims to identify and prioritize organizational intelligent criteria in the production cooperatives of Iran. In methodology,this is an applied (developmental) study objectively and a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) survey regarding the nature of data. The present study is a Grounded theory its nature and methodology in the qualitative section, while it is a descriptive-exploratory study in the quantitative section. The study population consists of experts including the managers of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare, who were 12 respondents selected using the non-probability purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The dimensions of organizational intelligence, including intelligent enablers, organizational intelligent capabilities, intelligent development contexts, and intelligent governance with 18 criteria were identified using the grounded method. Finally, the cause and effect relationships between the dimensions and criteria were determined by the Analytical Network Process method based on the fuzzy DEMATEL. According to DEMATEL findings, the “intelligent governance” and “intelligent development contexts” dimensions are the cause, while the “intelligent enablers” and “organizational intelligent capabilities” constitute the effect. The “customer relationship management”, “organizational learning”, and “human intelligence” criteria have respectively the most weight and priority in the organizational intelligence of production cooperatives in Iran.     Considering the concept of clustering, the main idea of the present study is based on the fact that all stocks for choosing and ranking will not be necessarily in one cluster. Taking the mentioned point into account, this study aims at offering a new methodology for making decisions concerning the formation of a portfolio of stocks in the stock market. To meet this end, Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making, Data Mining, and Multi-objective Optimization were employed. First, candidate stocks were clustered using two-step clustering method. Available stocks in each cluster were independently ranked using grey relational analysis. Firefly algorithm was employed for Pareto analysis of risk and ranking. The results of clustering in the stocks revealed that all candidate stocks were not placed in one cluster. The results of robustness analysis employed in ranking method verified the accuracy of calculations in the grey relational analysis through stock repetition of candidates in each cluster.     Project selection is considered as an important problem in project management. It is multi-criteria in nature and is based on various quantitative and qualitative factors. The main purpose of this paper is to present a new rank-based method for project selection in outranking relation. According to this approach, decision alternatives were clustered in the concordance matrix and the discordance matrix through the ELECTRE model based on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Then, the two matrices were integrated and ranked using grey relational coefficients and the Minkowski space distance. The results of the model were compared with grey relational projection method with intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number. To illustrate the proposed methodology, a case study was conducted to select National Iranian Oil Company projects. Manuscript profile

    Many organizations have recognized that knowledge is the most important resource in today’s economy. With regards to knowledge-based views of the firm, organizations are actively embracing knowledge management with the expectation of acquiring and maintaining high levels of organizational performance. The relationship between knowledge management (KM) and organizational performance has been the subject of discussion in management literature. However, the various researches on the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance have yielded conflicting findings and recommendations in different contexts. This study proposes a contingency model for investigating the effects of multiple organizational factors including organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational motivation for sharing knowledge and organizational intelligence on KM and testing the impacts of KM on organizational performance to resolve these contradictions. These effects were tested through structural equation modeling and decision rules were extracted from C5.0 decision tree. Also, The Gray Relational Analysis technique was used In order to rank indicators. Finally, by using DEMATEL method, the relation matrix was built.
