زمینه و هدف: آموزش و پرورش در کنار سایر نظام های آموزشی با آموزش های مستمر و هد ف دار زیست محیطی، می تواند اقشار مختلف جامعه را با مفاهیم عمده زیست محیطی آشنا کند. در این بین معلمان به عنوان یکی از مؤلفه های اصلی در فرایند آموزش، نقشی اساسی در جهت آموزش های زیست محیطی ایفا می نمایند. لذا، هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین عامل های مؤثر بر آگاهی معلمان مدارس متوسطه نسبت به حفظ محیط زیست است. روش بررسی: جامعه آماری پژوهش را دبیران دوره متوسطه بخش مرکزی شهرستان دورود تشکیل می دادند (150=N). برای گردآوری داده ها از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 100 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار اصلی برای گرد آوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی محتوایی ابزار اندازه گیری توسط نظرسنجی از متخصصان و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد (80/0α ≥ ). تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSSV20 آن‌جام یافت. یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد که از نظرپاسخ‌گویان، تلویزیون، نشریه ها و مجلات، کتاب های درسی و روزنامه ها دارای بیش‌ترین اهمیت در ایجاد آگاهی زیست محیطی در معلمان می باشند. یافته های به دست آمده از تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که سه عامل منابع آگاهی دهنده جمعی، بین فردی و آموزشگاهی در مجموع 94/54 % از واریانس متغیرهای مورد استفاده در تحلیل عاملی را تبیین نمودند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: منابع آگاهی دهنده جمعی، بین فردی و آموزشگاهی نقش بی بدیلی در آگاهی معلمان دوره متوسطه نسبت به محیط زیست دارند. از آن‌جا که آگاهی های زیست محیطی، رفتار زیست محیطی انسان را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد، ضرورت دارد که آگاهی‌های زیست محیطی معلمان در راستای حفاظت از محیط زیست به وسیله‌ی سازوکارهای ارتباطی بالا، به شکل موثری تقویت شود. Value co-creation process as a mutual interaction between individuals is a key issue across the management network. Recently, studies have placed a special emphasis on people’s interaction in order to accomplish value co-creation. Given that the process of experience exchange enables us to identify our resources in transactional processes and make collaboration to achieve common values, the purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting student value co-creation to institutionalize sustainability in agricultural and natural recourses universities. Statistical population of the research consisted of 2248students of which 204 students were selected using stratified random sampling. The main research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose face and content validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and whose construct validity was confirmed by using explanatory factor analysis (KMO = 0.752; P= 0.01).The reliability was checked by calculating ordinal theta ( 0.89). Data was analyzed by SPSS20.Descriptive findings showed that student value co-creation level was moderate (43.060 percent). The findings of exploratory factor analysis revealed that seven factors including teaching quality, support from top management, students’ social capital, confidence to faculty member, self-efficacy, pro-environmental values, and infrastructures of information and communication technology (ICT) captured 77.74 percent of student value co-creation variance. Universities play an undeniable role in directing and explaining behavior patterns. This raises expectations from universities to institutionalize pro-environmental behaviors in their structure. It is so of crucial importance to identify factors affecting students’ pro-environmental behaviors as the most important human resources at universities. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting students’ pro-environmental behaviors. The statistical population of this qualitative study was composed of agricultural students at Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran. According to the the research aim, the PRISMA flow-chart were used to refine and select the appropriate data. Data were analyzed by using NVivo10 software. Results show that students’ pro-environmental behavior is affected by 10 factors, the most important ones being values and norms, experiences, social capital, knowledge and awareness, university infrastructure, organizational culture, curriculum contents, self-efficacy, and concerns over environmental degradation. Cluster analysis shows that organizational culture and individual values influence all other factors that underpin students’ pro-environmental behaviors. Manuscript profile
