The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed, the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and (α = 0.803) was reported. Psychological well-being was measured using a 18-item Reef psychological well-being questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, Spss 20 software was used. The results showed; The activity level of 57% of adult women in Golestan province is low. There is also a positive and significant relationship between the level of physical activity and psychological well-being (P = 0.643). According to the results, physical activity in the post-coronary period can help reduce the negative psychological effects associated with social distancing and adherence to quarantine during the coronation period. Also recommended; Organizations active in the field of public sports in Golestan province should design and implement a comprehensive program with the aim of developing independent mobility and increasing the level of physical activity.
